The customer service is very good
The customer service is very good. The staff in Portugal caring. Paulo Pinto attend me in Portugal office and always solve my problems.
Other side service of myPOS is safe and good. All my friends are using this service.
If you visit the Lisbon office must to top of office have and coffee shop where you can see all the city and enjoy your coffee.

It was really nice to work with myPOS. When i started my work in Portugal was really difficult to get machines from bank and other service agencies. Great customer service from Branimira
As a start up business, I was searching for an innovative and easy method to take card payments . Came across myPOS and started an application process on-line. Branimira, from the Varna office, approached me over the phone and offered her help to set up everything for me. She guided me through every step and smoothly directed the entire process. It was a no brainer to contact Branimira again when my business needed a fiscal tool. Great customer service and Branimira is always a phone call away!
