I loved that MyInterview allowed me to choose my own questions, time responses and also upload my company logo for personalization. It was very easy to sort through my candidates and organize my top choices.
I disliked that multiple team members could not sort through the candidates from their own personal page. Some of s had different oppinions on responses and graded them differently. It would be nice if we all had our own grading/sorting page when logging in.
MyInterview solved the problem of having candidates send me individual emails with their video responses. It was nice to use MyInterview so that candidates could record their response multiple times and submit their best video all on one platform for review.
This tool saved me hours of time by allowing me to screen for english language proficiency in a short 2 minute video. Before using My Interview, I would schedule introductory zoom interviews with candidates, but even great applicants on paper, could be disqualified due to their english. This tool has allowed me to quickly go through dozens of applicants and only schedule interviews with the best of the best.
Honestly, I did not find any downsides. The software perfect fit my needs.
