I am able to log in to the system and see my whole fleet, download reports for HOS violations, Safety violations, compliance violations.

I can Web transfer Elogs for my drivers to officer laptop no matter where I am, I just need to log in system select driver and dates, and click send.

Our company used other providers and drivers' feedback is that Mygeotab is way better than others.

Right now I don't have anything I dislike. I like how it is. Good job Mygeotab and Transflo.

I have whole fleet in one place and I can mange them an track them

Geotab has been an easy way to keep track of our fleet vehicles. Not only can you easily see where each employee is at any moment, but you can also see driving history. Each week I receive an email with a driver safety score that grades each employee with their harsh cornering, speeding, etc. We also have discovered recently that you can upload a customer list into the system, so instead of just seeing where the employee is on the map, you can also see who's house they are at.

It is very easy for someone to remove the device in the truck, we've unfortunately had drivers do that a number of times. Luckily you can set up an automatic You are able to hide the device, but you'd have to remove part of the driver panel and zip-tie it there.

Have some type of orientation with the geotab team. There are a lot of great features that I was not aware of.

We really don't have any problems that I've experienced. I've been using them for over 4 years now and it's been very smooth.

You can narrow down a vehicle to exact location and see a google street view of it.

There really isn't anything to dislike! It is very easy to use and manage vehicles.

We are solving employees using the large fleet vehicles after hours. This allows us to keep track of where these vehicles are at any point in time.

So easy to use and navigate! I learned the software in less than a day. Once I New what I was doing everything else came so easily. The tracking for the fleet down to safety issues such as it letting us know if a driver wasn’t wearing a seat belt

We were able to cut back on fuel by watching the idling of our trucks, increase safety score for seat belt use, and of course minimize incorrect routes that drivers were taking

I used this at my last company and let me tell you...It is by far one of the easiest to navigate! It has in depth-detailed reports for virtually anything. I used it to track locations for our fleet, find out who wasn't wearing seatbelts, not driving safely, etc. It definitely shaved a lot of unnecessary or unsafe practices of our drivers.

The only thing I saw or experienced was a 4 minute lag in the system. Some days it would be heavier than others depending on the weather but If you can time the lags you can estimate them into your reports or disciplinary actions.

Easy to learn and implement. I was able to train and get it started with my team in a weeks time. Once everyone was up and trained we were utilizing the software without any issues.

We were able to minimize a lot of safety issues with our drivers causing us to have less accidents and also be able to manage who was driving what and at what times. This was huge in the industry I came from.

The precise location ability, the trouble diagnostics, and the history tracking.

There isn't much to complain about. There is sometimes a lag in response, but that is to be expected.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am a fan of the ease-of-use regarding vehicle organization, i.e. it is easy to find a specific unit from the fleet list. I also like the ability it gives you regarding adding drivers and information in a straight-forward manner, with minimal navigating through several different screens to get to where you need to go.

There honestly isn't much that I didn't like about it, especially when compared to other telematic platforms. I would like to see a better historical trip tracking function, in terms of determining where a vehicle has been in the past and between specific dates. It is a little confusing at times.

Ease of use, ease of install, and low price should make anyone consider this particular product for their fleet management.

Keeping track of fleet mileage for tax purposes is much easier when using Geotab, and eliminates the possibility of major errors regarding improper mileage tracking. The information that is gathered is kept in a way that makes it easy to access for monthly billing and accounting purposes, and by extension easy to access in case of audit.

It's great to be able to have our entire fleet visible on the map. You can also keep track of the odometer readings so it's easy to track mileage for oil changes. The pricing is very reasonable as well with the ability to choose levels of options so you can find one that's right for your budget.

There isn't much I don't like about this system. Setting up maintenance reminders can be tricky.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Geotab. They're a great company to deal with and will look for the best solution/price point for your needs. They were one of the first GPS companies to contact us with the most reasonable service plans, we haven't looked back. They keep up with times to remain competitive in a rapidly growing market.

We're not able to see our entire fleet so if a client calls with an issue we can send the closest truck. It's extremely helpful for that reason during the snow season. Tracking truck mileage is great too, so we can confirm when trucks need oil changes. It's also great to be able to have diagnostics available if a warning light is up on the dash. We can send to our mechanic who can let us know if the truck needs to go in ASAP or if we have some time.
