MyClinic is easy to use

MyClinic is easy to use, compared with other companies telemedicine service. No need install any system, sotfware or apps to use the telemedicine service. Patients can queue in the waiting room when a doctor's previous consultant is not finished.

It's a patient oriented SaaS, not just a video conference call.

"Not what I expected"

What do you like best about Telemedicine?

The simplicity of not having to leave the comforts of home when one is ill to acquire quality care with a real MD to diagnose and offer prescriptions.

What do you dislike about Telemedicine?

Seems each time I have utilized the service with our plan provider I've not been satisfied with the responding Physician, his/her suggestions and was asked to pay fees for some services to be rendered.

What problems is Telemedicine solving and how is that benefiting you?

So far I've not solved any medical care needs with this service, disappointed
