You have to save everything, sometimes ill be in the middle of working on a case and a resident needs a parcel and if i forget to save it goes away.

If you are after a programme that will capture all the data and be easy to teach new staff members then this is the one for you. The support team are excellent in troubleshooting and helping you through any issues.

It should have more features to add customized items and descriptions as per building requirements, each facility has its own bylaws, amenities, and other booking protocols so this platform can offer more to deal with these items.
