myBiz ensuring the GST invoice which requried for reimbursemnt purpose & shows the lowest rates as compare to other platforms. But there are limited offer in myBiz.
Beat deals. Corporate fares. The fares are shown with myBiz special fares which help while booking the tickets as it includes cancellation discounts, inflight meals, special rates for pickup taxis and more. And now with the premium features I think it is unbeatable in the offers as Cancellation is not painful.

The extra options of date change, along with better fare options. Also the occasional my biz special fares on few low cost carriers are not available anywhere.
Sometimes to book for guests of company, the extra buttons to push is a hassle. Also like regular Make my trip, these don't go towards any rewards like MMT black.

myBiz is the best Travel Management platform I have been using for my business travels for more than a year now. Their platform is user friendly and easy to set up; creating an account is not a big deal here you will just need a business(organisation) email address and you are good to go. Till now I have only used their flight booking feature and not the other features such as hotels, as for hotels I believe other platforms are providing good deals but yeah managing my business travels are easy here. I get invoices for my trips, which are really helpful and they provide good flexibility for cancelling or updating my tickets.
1) Customer care can be improved, even though I booked so many travels I could not find a way to contact the customer care.
2) Previously they were offering competitative pricing for flight bookings while using myBiz but now pricing is just the same as other platforms and sometimes higher than other platforms.
3) Previously sometimes they used to provide free meals with the tickets but now they don't.
myBiz is a platform that solves the issue of ticket bookings of an organisation. They provide an easy user interface, easy account creation and there are no additional verifications needed, so one can just create an account and start booking their tickets. Booking flight tickets here is easy and gives me the flexibility of changing dates and much lower cancellation charges.
