I'm about to launch a very important audio project and I've had a number of questions along the way. The reps at Soundwise have been incredibly responsive to every question and request. Their platform seems to have every feature I need, but when I found out there was one issue (minor, not a dealbreaker, but definitely desired), I suggested they add the feature. Two days later the feature was there. Fantastic.

I haven't experienced any downsides yet, but I'll report if I do. I would like a preview button on the landing page which I've requested.

All I can say is that so far Soundwise has exceeded my expectations and their responsiveness and willingness to fulfill requests is as good as one could hope for.

What I love about Soundwise is being able to control everything and see everything and not have to be at the whim of a particular platforms schedule and work flow.

I like all the fabulous features of this product. This product can catch the attention of a newbie person due to its vast features and flexibility. highly recommended for newbies and experienced podcasters.

I can use the features of this product with utmost ease and this product has immense benefits that are adorable.

If you are looking for a new audio experience and to build your email lists with short audio giveaways, this is not to be missed. Get it now and take your marketing to a new level.

There is very little to dislike, I suppose it would be the ability to not always have to use the phone app and give an experience within your site, maybe embeddable lists etc.

I Love that Soundwsie has allowed me to sell my audiobook on my own terms. My customers love the APP and find it just as easy to navigate as Audible. Because of Soundwsie I've been able to sell over 3,000 audiobooks in less than 4 moths. I highly recommend it if you are looking for an app that is easy to use and allows you to have control over your delivery. Customers service rocks too!

Nothing really! Their customer service is very responsive and helpful.I'm not a techie and Yet I was able to do it all!

And it gave me control over my pricing and delivery.

They don't let us know what new features are coming out, don't ask us what new features we want. So we can't plan with it. Rarely send us emails keeping us updated on the product.

Their UI is intuitive and easy to use, I did not need to refer to any help docs to get started with setting up my audio courses and bundles.

My students are able to have multiple audio controls such as rewind, looping and even recently added sleep timer.

My content is more protected than ever as the listeners can download it internally within the app for offline listening but not externally.

I love that there is no additional transaction fee for sales other than the usual payment gateway fees.

I can easily add a companion workbook or image along with each audio which further enhances the listener experience.

Sleep timer length can be increased to up to 3 hours ( currently it is up to 1 hour).

They do not have the option to customise colours for the student dashboard.

They currently only have payment integration with Stripe.
