I really like the ease of switching tasks, and moving back and forth between them. Also, the Dashboard is extremely helpful for an at-a-glance view of everyone on my team!
Sometimes the site is slow, you'll click on "New Task" and it takes up to a minute to load. My internet speed is 950mbps, so I know it's not on my end. That's my biggest complaint.
The problems that MyHours is solving is we can finally see how long each team member is working on each specific task which makes it so that we can charge our clients accordingly and so that we know what other team members need help with.
I love the reports. They enable me to see how much I've made for the month and what clients are sending the most work my way. As I've exapnded my team and client base it has become an essential part of my business. I have been using myhours.com for years now and they just keep making it better all the time.
Love everything about it. It is everything for time tracking. if I had one ask it would be awesome if we had the ability to assign job numbers to projects. Sometimes clients don't have their own job numbers so I end up creating my own (sort of). Having job numbers allows me to easily find a project among the massive amount of work on my server.
I did a great deal of research before I decided to go with My Hours. They have the most features for the price. I am very happy I went with them.
I was using a free time manager that didn't total the logged time. I had to do it manually. As my work started to increase, it was taking forever to create my invoices. Now it takes no time at all. With the reports I can also see the ebb and flow of work coming in over a period of time.
Very easy to use and has a straight forward interface which makes it very easy to onboard new team members without feeling overwhelmed by new information.
I need to be on PRO to be able to segregate my departments so they can only see the projects they are working on and still have the ability to write their own tasks.

This is the second project tracking software our department has used. I'm the Project Manager for our department and have looked around for a simple yet effective solution for tracking hour for task for projects. MyHours delivers on exactly what we want to do.
Pros:
• Simple to setup. Enter your Team members, Add your Clients, Add your projects, Add your tasks (in that order) - easy and quick.
• 0 issues. This is 100% bug free, it loads and runs fast so you waste no time in working with it.
• Getting others up to speed on using the Hours entry literally takes nothing more than short email or a brief call. I took 5 min at the end of department meeting and that was all that was needed to explain what the users need to do.
• Value. Honestly this is the best around when it comes to value.
I've usually said never trust a review without some cons. Even if they seem to be nitpicky. Well that's all I have just some minor nitpicky comments/recommendations:
The Nitpicky stuff:
• It's not going to win awards for beauty. But sometimes function matters more than looks.
• You don't get the Crayola® 64 box of crayons to make your reporting look pretty.
• On the basic plan the reports are very simple - it's enough for me, but they're simple.
• If you need physical punch clocks or badge scanning this is not the software for you.
Years back, our department never tracked any time on projects so it was hard to price consulting services appopriately. Also, without hours tracking we didn't know that parts of the projects were the most time consuming and or where we might be "gold-plating" too much in some areas. Being able to track hours on tasks for each project lets solves both problems - helping utilize resources better, be more efficient, and price our services correctly. As a Project Manager these are key things that matter to me.
It's user friendly, it has all I need to track my work and works for teams, having reports just a click away. The free tier is very useful, even better than other options like Harvest app
So far I haven't found a thing I can't do. In any case, there are some features that are premium, like the ability to edit a task right from the report, but it's undestandable that premium needs to offer more.
It has in a single app time tracking, reports, details in each tracking task, reports with filtering for each team member, and many more features. That helps me to stay organized and track everything I do.

Several export and report functions are only available in the pro version. However, the most important ones are available in the basic version as well
Managing team and client rates
It is very simple to use. The free account provides a wealth of functionality that allows you to set up multiple teams and projects . Team members can track time against multiple projects; and administrators can quickly download timesheets and arrange approvals before invoing customers.
My only gripe is that there should be a way to 'submit' a timesheet so it moves from draft to 'done' but this is a relatively minor problem and we counter it with making sure everyone is up to date at the end of each month.
We needed an easy to use tool to handle time tracking of multiple teams across multiple projects.
It's easy to use, the team loves how easy it is to work with the software.
They have different pricing tiers that help us with different projects and customers.
We definitely recommend My Hours over other solutions.

I like that myhours allows me to easily time, track and categorize hours by client, task, and team member. The format allows easy downloading into an invoice. I have had a few questions or requests and customer service has always been timely and responsive.
As I add more contractors, I would prefer a fixed monthly fee. Not for the 1-5 team members but at 10 persons or more a fixed rate would make me less hesitant to keep adding team members.
