The ease of use is very simular to some social media platforms where you create a post and share it with a selected audience.
sometimes the file format changes when uploading as a pdf. I find it better to save as pdf before uploading

Category reminders for posts to share each month.
If a customer doesn't accept the invitation, a reminder is sent. Some of our customers either haven't had a reminder or ignore them. We then don't get any notification that this hasn't been accepted and need to keep checking.
Reaching a wider audience is important. Sharing the message we want the recipient to recieve is difficult when filtering through 'central' clients we work with to rach a wider audience. Being able to do this has won additional revenue across multiple locations, when we're able to demonstrate trials, innovations and share good news across the client's business. Being able to upload videos and share files is beneficial when demonstrating great work.
It is easy to upload documents and provide updates in a timely manner.
Ive not found any downsides to using Clientshare.

Being able to post to one place without sending multiple emails
Clientshare premium saves me so much time, i can release all of my MI to those relevant, make groups dependant on the content i am posting etc. I also use it like a cloud desktop for all MI, so quarterly and annual reviews are much easier when i can see my monthly content posted and summarised all in one place.
I cannot share old content with new users
Not having to have the same conversations with multiple groups, everything is in one place

The team is great at Adapting to our Business needs and always happy to help and guide where needed.
This is a great tool to share reviews and information with our clients. It enables us to build a library of information that our clients can tap into with them providing great feedback to help us change and deliver better information and help us manage our partnerships with our clients.
Also, the whole support that we get from the Clientshare team has been excellent. From early engagement to holding workshops to follow up feedback sessions, Olivia, Toby and Helen have been there for us, so thank you...
It is still early days and we are still finding our feet with the system, so at present, we have no dislikes.
We have started using clientshare as an alternative to our normal client feedback platform to see if we could get a better response. Still early in the process however we have clients' feedback back to us that never used to, which is fantastic.
Gaining their insight to our service delivery and relationship is invaluable to us ensuring we have a successful business model
