MUVI’s commitment to excellence has been evident in every interaction, from the very first year to the recent most film festival. The level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by your team is truly commendable. It's clear that you prioritize customer satisfaction, and it has not gone unnoticed.

We are an OTT Film Festival that is online and when we were looking for private labeled solutions, MUVI really met requirements from all aspects. First, the functionality that MUVI provided was 100% suitable for what we were looking for. Second, the pricing was very attractive. Third, the interaction with the staff has been excellent, right from the CEO down to the individuals that worked on our projects.

Moreover, the quality of the platform has consistently met our expectations. Features such as DRM alleviated our filmmakers fears of piracy. We value the partnership we have with MUVI and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future.

In addition to various favorable features and display for users to create a video and audio platform, we really appreciate MUVI's helpful support!

The support team members always try to understand what features we need including customization with CSS and fix immediately if there is any technical issues and bugs.

They give us a clear instruction and explanation in details with some snapshots, article links, videos, and call meeting, so that we could understand easily.

We are very glad that now we are making our platform better and better, thanks to MUVI's awesome service and support!

What do you dislike about Muvi?

There is no dislike about MUVI so far.

Probably, there is just a little difficulty sometimes, since MUVI uses English to communicate, and it is our second language.

However, they always try to understand us over the language issue, so it is not a big problem.

What problems is Muvi solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are trying to make our audio platform as good as possible, and MUVI helps us really well, including complicated customization.

Nothing every thing is completely fine , actuall Whenever there is something wrong and you tell the support team about it, it will be fixed with no time

The main issue for me was the encryption, I wanted my video to be protected and secured from piracy, Muvi provided me with the best encryption that cone with a perfect price
