Love how easy it is to set up new A/B tests and personalized landing pages. It would be basically impossible for us to do this at the scale we're doing now without Mutiny. We were able to set up 25 highly personalized campaign landing pages in days with Mutiny that would have probably taken months without it.
You need to use Clearbit and Segment to see the full value of Mutiny, but since we use both we have no complaints!
We basically couldn't do A/B tests without Mutiny. We don't have a big web team so everything would have been custom coded. With Mutiny we can set up experiments in minutes and as the marketing lead I can have full control of the experience.
I like the ease of creating personalized experiences and the reporting to see how the experiences perform compared to the control. The reporting, in particular, was something I found to be unique when reviewing competitors.
The one issue (personal preference really) that I have is not being able to open a full-screen or pop-out code editor. It isn't that big of a problem, but sometimes I'd prefer it over the smaller input box.
As a business, we target several industries and personas. With Mutiny, we can provide relevant content to our home and landing pages to specific industries. We can also customize the visible assets to site visitors based on their 6sense buying stage. By doing this, we have been able to increase our site conversion rates by over 50% leading to an additional 250+ leads in a little over six months.
Mutiny connecting to your existing tech stack and sitting on top of landing pages makes it super easy to get up and running. Experiments are easy to spin up and measuring performance is nicely laid out. Their customer experience team makes it seamless to learn how to use the tool and is super helpful with outlining best practices for conversion rate optimization.
As Mutiny is still relatively new, their editor is somewhat limited in capacity. I'd love the ability to clone or add different blocks on a page and do more with their editor.
Targeting many different personas makes it challenging to resonate with all of them on a landing page. Mutiny helps to personalize the existing pages based on the persona to drive more conversions. This also positively impacts paid initiatives as we're inching out more with the same amount of spend.
I've used many experimentation and personalization tools in my career: Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, Convert, Evergage, etc
The best part about Mutiny is that it makes it super simple to launch personalization activities and A/B tests on your website.
The Mutiny team carefully thought through all the typical hurdles a marketer would go through in launching experiments from idea generation to execution. They've made it very simple to get experiments out the door. The platform also has some out-of-the-box functionalities like banners, side pops, survey modals, and exit-intent modals to give you a wide range of activities to do.
All this without the need for an engineering resource is quite remarkable and something that many tools out there haven't successfully implemented in their platform. You really can't go wrong with Mutiny if you've got B2B.
On top of the platform, they've also got a great support team. They are super accessible and they will make sure you can hit the ground running!
The reporting part of the platform is limited compared to what other tools typically provide. I've also occasionally come across some visual bugs but nothing major.
They are still in their early stage so I'm excited to see what they'll have to offer and how the platform will evolve!
The biggest problem Mutiny solves is the effort required to launch personalization activities and tests. Often, it's not just a one-person job and would commonly require an engineering resource. They've tackled that huge pain point from the get-go and is easily the biggest money saver for organizations.
Extremely valuable for growth marketers who want to change an organization's core mindset about testing and optimization. As a testing strategist on a one-person team, I can make quick, but confident data analyses are the right move for our customers. I've been on a full-functioning CRO team before my current experience, and Mutiny completely removes needing a testing engineer, which wasn't in the budget. The support is hands down 10/10. Love the Achooo Crew!!

Mutiny allows us to personalize off of parameters we never previously would have thought of, enabling crossfunctional growth and using our website as a canvas for broader learnings.
The playbook itself is fantastic, giving you inspiration with real-world examples. Our account-manager lives in our Slack, with rapid support (less than 10 minutes for answers to questions) and biweekly check-ins that are always productive, beyond just website personalization. This is a marketing tool, built by marketers for marketers. Each team member knows the lingo and understands how AB testing works and what bottlenecks may be around the corner.
Mutiny's WYSYIG is in its early stages, which is not a large problem for the quicker experiments (copy adaptations), but for the larger experiments that require new modals, branding can act as a bottleneck, with engineers needing to custom code.
Mutiny allows our team to iterate rapidly. We believe in velocity over initial quality -- shipping things with 70% quality if it allows us to attain an answer, faster. Rather than spin up whole new industry landing pages, we can use Mutiny to test whether or not this is a worthwhile use of our time. If CVR does not increase, don't worry about it. Move in. Aren't you glad you didn't build a whole new site?

Mutiny is so easy to use. You don't know how important this is. To get up and running in an hour vs. dozens of hours means that ant team member can get up and running fast.
But, what I love most is the team. With Mutiny, you're always accompanied by a person (hi Molly and team!), and they make sure to help you unblock any blockers, provide testing ideas, and support you to get the most out of Mutiny.
I also absolutely LOVE the segmenting options, their integrations with Clearbit, and the mega easy-to-use UI. I can setup hundreds of tests in a fraction of the time it would take with other products.
Reporting. I know they're improving it, but right now, it's not very easy to report on dozens of tests. But I do know they are working on improvements and they should be rolling them out very soon! So you'll likely have MUCH improved reporting features.
With Mutiny, we can launch hundreds of experiments in a quarter which helps us improve conversion rates. All this with a team of 3 people. We can segment across many attributes to provide custom journeys for our self-serve audience down to our enterprise visitors. We can customize landing page content in SO many ways. The tool can be expensive but pretty much at parity with other big testing platforms like VWO ans Optimizely. I think all the integrations, constant product optimization, AI content/copy recommedations, and support make this a stronger solution than the competition and within just a few months I was able to show my executive team that the opportunities we generated and even deals won far surpassed the annual Mutiny contract value.

The analytics dashboard shows which companies that were exposed to a personalization or test and are converting in your sales funnel, BUT its not showing you incrementality, i.e. its not showing you how much your hold out or 'control' has also driven. I wanted to see (# of SQLs from tests - # SQLs from control = Incrememtal SQLs we wouldnt have gained if we didnt do the experiment.... same for revenue).
There are alot of hypotheses from the executive team, board, product, sales team, etc about "what will win".
Mutiny takes all the opinion and subjectivity out of the conversation. They show you how your test is progressing in terms of exposure and lift on your key metric. You can easily run dozens of experiments and bring data to more of your meetings!
