I haven't found a downside to using Muse.ai. They are truly a great company that puts the customer first!

I needed a quick and responsive video platform, and that's exactly what I received!

I signed up to test MUSE.AI over 6 months ago while searching for a more affordable video platform. I have used Vimeo, Brightcove and several others over the years. I am blown away by both the technology and the customer service. While they are still working on some features, I am confident they have the vision and the team to build the best video platform in the marketplace for my needs. And did I mention how affordable they are!!! Wow, there is no comparison to the industry leaders.

There are some features that I know they are aware of that are not yet in place that I am anxious to have access to. 1) Social media links / sharing from the videos within the portal. 2) Manually organizing the videos on each collection and the portals. 3) Custom domain mapping for a more personalized branding experience. .... but that is a great start.

Their search and AI functionality are beneficial, and the low cost for startup accounts and entrepreneurs is unmatched. As a result of their affordable service and fantastic customer support, I have been able to launch a video portal that will help our organization showcase our work and clients. Nothing!!! Everything I've been using in Muse AI was perfect for me. I love it.

They let me store the videos I use for my experiments. They also give me a bunch of tools to edit them as I want, I can share them and label them. I get a transcript from the video which is super useful for me.

Muse makes it easy to upload videos and host them. I run courses and embed them on my website, which is super simple. I also love the automatic transcripts Muse generates. They're not 100% accurate, but updating them is easy.

The best part is the search. You can search within videos. And the search returns phrases spoken on videos as well as text scanned on the screen and more. It's really incredible.

The support from Muse is also amazing. They respond within minutes and have above and beyond to help me transfer videos from another service.

To be honest, I haven't yet found anything I don't really like.
