The ease of use is incredible. It makes month end non existent. The abilility to retain the detail in your financial software without gumming up your general ledger is incredible. The implementation was the best one in my career and I have been through at least 9 other implementations. The customer support is always helpful and
The report writing is not the easiest to do. It takes some learning and frequent use to get use to writing reports. I do know they are working on a reporting module update that will make it much easier.
AP Automation has cut invoices process time in half. Having the details from payroll and our billing system in the ERP has made report much easier. It greatly reduced our monthly closed timeline.
Ease of use, transparency, intuitiveness, endless capabilities and possibilities. Customer support is amazing!!
I would like for the modules to work together more seamlessly. ie. Documents saved in ap should be viewable in GL
V23 is going to solve a TON of problems!! I can't wait!!!
We are now in implementation setup but are looking forward to 1) A completely integrated product from electronic requisition to digital approvals, electronic POs, invoice receiving and payment all in 1 integrated product so that drill downs all the way from FS/GL to invoices can happen easily. 2) DATA DATA Data data!!! We can't wait to get access to data that we can use to create reporting that combines statistical and financial data from Epic with classic ERP data to give us invaluable insight into our true hospital financial health picture with an opportunity to detect emerging trends earlier than any hospital can today without super human manipulation. 3) Version 23 appears to have a nice understanding of the need for processes to be easy to complete. 4) We have heard nothing but great things about the customer support and the quick turnarounds when users are in need of help working with the system.
It sounds like there are some enhancements to be considered in the materials management area of the ERP. Processes should be easy to manage digitally across all devices with No More Paper.
Understanding that reporting may need to be customized, we are looking forward to being able to get reporting that integrates statistical data along with financial data at the push of a button. I have not seen an ERP system yet that compares to the 360 reporting in Multiview.
I have only started working with Multiview a month ago. My initial experience was that it was well designed and very user friendly. Then I was given access to several video tutorials of the different processes from AP to month end close and everything in between, including report writing and journal entry creation and review. I was already impressed before I attended the IMUG 2023 where I was given even more in person training and showne more functionality that could be used. I have been an accountant for 30 years and I have never had to luxury of working with an accounting software where I had to access to multiple Multiview employees who are all experts and willing to give a helping hand anytime. It truly is a unique product and I look forward to understanding all of it capabilities as a grow within my new role as Controller.
I have not personally come across any downside at the moment but I am new at using the software. I will expand upon this as I gain more experience with Multiview.
The Multiview functionality is well designed and efficient.
What I like most about Multiview ERP is the ability to integrate our patient revenue and payroll data. This allows the user to drill down and analyze without having to sign into another system. This is a huge time saver and helps to automate a lot of our monthly journal entries. Another quality I like about Multiview is their commitement to their customers. They equipt customers with a customer support website, containing how to's, video training, and IMUG session content. If you're unable to solve your problem using the website, it is quick and easy to submit a support ticket. I have always had a representative contact me within 20 minutes and my issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
I don't have a lot to say about what I dislike about Multivew ERP. The look and intuitiveness of the system is a bit archaic and sometimes there can be multiple "clicks" to manuver around, neither of which affect my ability to work efficiently in the ERP. It does appear that Version 23 will improve these minut issues.
Multiview ERP is helping to automate many of our otherwise manual processes. This is helping to improve efficiency in the Fiscal department and meet our month end deadlines.
The amount of customizable options, searches, layout, reports etc that any one with any background or industry can fully utilize to the fullest
With all of the options Multiview presents, there is only so much time in a day/week/year to implement everything you need to be most efficient.
Solving the "way it's always been done" issue at our facility and allowing us to be intenti on helping eliminate manual process to allow us more time to actually use our data to our advantage and not just try to find them
Multiview is very customizable and powerfull. Using the numbers instead of just posting the numbers.
Currenty there are too many clicks and clutter. Looking forward to V23 which i have seen a demo of and know they improved the interface to minimize the clicks and clutter.
Reporting capabilities. We moved from Quickbooks which is very one dementional. Love the flexibility of Multiview RADS (relational accounting data)
I love being able to share financial information with department managers in a way they can understand. Whether through dashboards, published reports, or through pivot queriers.
Still wish managers could view invoices through drill down functions. And wish Paylocity could be set up with Multiview to come over automatically like Cerner 360 information.
AP Accruals-took a 2-3 hour process down to one click
Fixed Assets-adding documents and pictures to assets, as well as, updating current assets for location changes and ease of depreciation
It is highly customizable and able to suit the specific nuances of our business. Features I like best include the search options that can be performed on a multitude of items such as an amount, invoice number, key word and many others.
It can be a little bit technical at times, but this is not a big deal because customer support is able to resolve issues right away.
I would highly recommend Multiview Financial Software to others.
The customer support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and timely. They listen to the needs of the customer and provide quality responses.The product is very customizable and Multiview has always found a way to intergrate with our in house systems to aid in our business solutions.

Multiview is a very easy to use system with the ability to load as much detail as you need. The implementation process was the best I've participated in.
Multiview reporting writing is the weakest link. I know it is on their radar to fix, but you can download as excel and get it into a format that way.
This is a great system for a mid-size company. It has all the pieces you need for a fully functioning ERP. Implementation was straightforward and you can maintain and make changes as they make sure you understand how the system works. I highly recommend taking a look at this system. I had never heard of it and it won out over many other better known systems and I am so glad I made this choice.
Needed a system that was easy to use and structured for growth. The ability to load detail from our other systems into the general ledger has been perfect.
