This tool is very user friendly. Can view and read the data with just filtering the option required. The best part is the tool is very quick and easy to work upon.
Msights had Msights Support option were we ca track on the support tickets. However these feature is removed and its difficult to track on tickets raised.
Can the tech team get the Support feature in the tool back. it would be easy to track the tickets

The people that work on Msights are on top of things, making sure that they communicate efficiently, explain in detail and with clarity.
To begin with, the platform it self is very slow. It is also so difficult to costomise depending on the advertiser's needs. The procedure to create offer codes is roughly half an hour for each offer code. The Msights team are trying to adjust the agency to fit their platform in stead of trying to accomodate the agency and the client. When faced with a different campaign set up, they are extremely difficult to come up with solutions but rather suggest to the agency to change the campaign set up or to align with the client instead of trying to accomodate. Overall I would say that Msights have not been working with the agancy but instead across us, adding difficulties and issues instead of trying to be accomodating and coming up with solutions. Msights is adding around 40% more workload to my day to day.
Leads can be validated. Validation is of high quality
Nothing. There is literally nothing I like about this platform, that I can see. Perhaps people in other roles find it helpful in some ways but even the reporting (which appears to be accurate, so I'll give them that) has such a lousy user interface that i can't even give that a thumbs up
I work at an agency and am tasked with creating campaigns in msights so leads can flow from the vendors who generate leads, to the client. This is THE most convoluted, complex system I've ever encountered. There is NOTHING intuitive about it and it is needlessly complicated. It can literally take weeks to set up a campaign since inevitably there are questions each step of the way and then it takes a day or two for each one to be resolved by support.
Run away!!
I guess it does an OK validating leads to see if they meet certain criteria before getting in to the end CRM system, but there are vastly easier ways to do that.
