The best thing about MRI is its ease of use. I am not an accountant, but I need to use MRI to find certain financial information. Its intuitive drop-down menus and ease of use allow me to navigate through the system with ease to look up information or create reports that I use daily.
Some of the operations require a little bit more steps than I thin should be necessary, but that is a small complaint. F
The portfolio that my firm owns and manages has approximately 200 properties, with nearly 1,000 tenants spread across 36 states and 2 Canadian provinces. MRI helps to organize and review the issues that affect the portfolio in a common sense, professional manner and allows us to be much more efficient in our operations, communications and financial reporting.
MRI is easy to use and learn. The menus are very intuitive. My favorite part of MRI is that it is very customizable.

MRI was always user friendly from your Move ins and Move outs. Easy functionality
adjusting renewals for residents made it a bit tricky and sometimes the help desk was hard to communicate with.
MRI is very easy to input resident data and information and navigating through the database was easy to learn and explain to new hires.
I love the fact that this is an easy and friendly tool to help those who are looking for information about a tenant. For example, as a leasing agent and property manager, we want to ensure our tenant information is accurate including vehicle information, renters insurance, and valid information.
I do not dislike this, there is nothing bad about it at all. I highly recommend it. This is going to make your life and your companies run smoothly. I suggest taking advantage of the free trial and give this company a try.
I had no problems, so there was no need to call for help. There is and always will be glitches here and there, but that is normal. All technology will have these issues.

CONS: There are some occasional accounting errors which I hope would be fixed soon.

Some features are based in the United States and I am from a different region, therefore some of the reports have to be customized to suit the needs of the clients
I love using the expense tool. It can calculate the cost and split it into various entities. I can print the reports via the department. These are big-ticket items for me as it reduces the time to calculate individually. It also does the budgeting very good.
