The building can be up to date on everything going on. Easy communication.
Nothing, it does exactly what it is meant to do!

Angus makes for easy communication with team members, vendors and tenants. The work order system makes tasks easy to assign, track and manage. It is also easy to send out quick memos to tenants. The program is intuitive the billing and support teams are consistent and easy to work with.
It is extremely complicated and difficult to set up building preventative maintenance schedules, party because the module wants you enter every device and piece of equipment in your building. I also wish the email feature was better and allowed you to cc different people.

This software makes the process of receiving, delegating and completing work orders from tenants very smooth and easy. It allows our engineers and day porters, who are always spread around the building, to receive work orders on their mobile phones. The ability to charge tenants through the software is also a good feature. Finally, it is very easy for tenants to make reservations for shared amenities such as conference rooms.
I don't like the message portal in Angus. It can get confusing when tenants submit a work order, it doesn't get assigned to anyone right away, and then they write a separate message connected to the work order that is not assigned to anyone, so it can get missed. But other than that, the platform is pretty seamless and intuitive.
Intuitive and easy. You cannot close work orders out on the mobile app, which is annoying, but just have a desktop version available for completing this final piece of work orders.
This product allows the entire property management team, engineers, day porters, and tenants to all be connected on one platform. There is no longer the risk of inconsistent communication regarding tenants needs with work orders and our team. Requests get completed faster and much more efficiently than before.

When you add notes to a specific ticket that has already been closed, the receiver is apparently not notified. It would be extremely helpful if they added a function where you could go to a request and re-open it and then add notes for the receiver. I have found that I have had to go back and open new requests when it could have just been added to the original request.
Cons: You cannot re-open a request. Pros: Easy way to request help and manage facilities.
