In my experience with eclipse it is a great go to for easily accessing patients records and scheduling of their appointments.
I can't think of one single thing that I don't like about eclipse. It's always readily available and easily accessible. I'm able to log into the system promptly and easily.
You can easily solve problems such as patients wanting to verify how many appointments they have been scheduled for and when the paint was actually in the office.
The ability to do everything in one place from keeping the patients files updated to running payments.
I dislike that when an appointment is made there is not an automatic email sent out to the patient.
If you’re considering this, you should definitely purchase this, it’s professional and easy to use.
Streamline the new patient process by proving an all in one software. The ability to scan documents into their files helps lower paper costs and storage.
Can retrieve reports for almost anything you may need. Also like to auditing feature & you can see what staff does what in each patient's file
Entering batch insurance checks is a tad complicated
Go for it!
Efficiency of the office. Being able to hold staff accountable. Easy access to view patient's files/accounts
Ease of use. Solid format. When have service can call and receive help.
Not user friendly for some simple task like can't do searches easily. Limited on reports. Doesn't have like a simple flow chart for how to streamline daily, weekly, monthly task. You can't down size/ go down to a lower level if you upgrade. So can't use system as you slow down in business. So many steps to send out electronic claims. Should be more click and file vs the numerous steps.
I like the stats. It would be nice if you could put them in format to compare previous year with current. The integrated credit is nice so you don't have to worry about fraud from employees.
The simplicity of the program. I was never trained by the software company and just was taught by one of the girls and caught on very quickly. You can learn as you go by trial and error.
There are no daily notes. You have to input everything. I would like more shortcuts
Easy to use for billing and keeping track of appointment s and scheduling
The soap notes are customizable and user friendly
Crashes while never convenient seem to happen at the worst times, signing back in takes a little time and sometimes the information added is lost if crash occurs during data input.
Good for use in practices with several locations
Meeting EHR requirements for Medicare
That it's as simple as it needs to be. Not complicated to train people to use!
Honestly nothing that I necessarily disliked about the program.
Scheduling appointments, seeing balances on patients accounts and entering in codes of what they did.
It gets the job done, and cheaply. It makes the schedule a lot more organized
It’s far behind on software. Chirotouch has a much better and more advanced program but is much more expensive
Try to make suggestions to the help desk
Easier than paper charts
The system is fairly easy to use for a first time user
When running reports, it often combines information that is gained from different reports, duplicating information.
Was not able to run accurate AR reports.

I enjoyed how easy it was to train using it.
There are some hiccups along the way sometimes
Scheduling and contacting patients
