Automated IT Support - Volume Reduction

What do you like best about Moveworks?

Since implementing Moveworks we've had a 50% reduction in volume in 4 years. Our IT Service Desk savings has been able to pay for the Moveworks contract and still provide some cost savings!

What do you dislike about Moveworks?

Moveworks made it very easy to get started. We have good joint success programs and are on the same page

What problems is Moveworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

There has been challenges in support but they are getting addressed quickly! The issues we have had get addressed quickly from their leadership teams.

What do you like best about Moveworks?

Automating tasks using Moveworks has been the best choice, their support is fast and always responsive.

What do you dislike about Moveworks?

In complicated cases it might not be the best alternative.

What problems is Moveworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moveworks helped me to reduce the volume of repetitive tasks, such as passwords resets, access request, etc. Also the response times are excellent.

The best part of the experience with Moveworks is working with their Customer Success team. They do what it takes to ensure success.

We have been using Moveworks for almost a year now and there is nothing to dislike. The team and the product are awesome

Wonderful Support team

What do you like best about Moveworks?

We have had two customer success engineers who have both been wonderful. Their team takes the time to learn about our organization and the team members involved with our Moveworks Deployment. I look forward to our bi-weeekly meetings.

What do you dislike about Moveworks?

In addition to their wonderful team, the platform has allowed us to grow our knowledge base and understand our knowledge gaps.

Sometimes the technical support can be slow to respond. Otherwise, we have been extremely happy with their service.

We have drastically improved our knowledge management, and reduced our Tier 1 technical support workload.

What do you like best about Moveworks?

AgentAsk (our internal brand for Moveworks) resolved 4,800 IT-related incidents in the month of May alone, saving end-user and service desk agent time in the process; We’ve been co-innovating with the Moveworks team on new use cases to further increase impact.

What do you dislike about Moveworks?

No dislikes, looking to move faster with our focus on improving all first-contact experiences through process and technology advancements and Moveworks is a centerpiece for this initiative!

Assisting in the reduction of L1 service desk members through the use of automating IT incidents. Expanding the product into areas like HR and deploying additional use cases through the Moveworks API.
