The UI was very friendly and easy to navigate

Registration is difficult and the difference between challenge options is not always clear.

We love the team building and community we have built using the MoveSpring challenges. As an administrator, I love our Customer Support Rep Jaclyn Ricchio. She is beyond wonderful.

Sometimes the reports are confusing. I have needed to reach out to our rep to understand them.

Helping us engage a remote workforce!

MoveSpring is very intuitive and user-friendly. The help center was quick to resolve any questions and provide guidance whenever an employee or an admin had any issues.

There are certain health apps that automatically convert all activity as steps (Gramin is one example), so there are some discrepancies between the mileage and steps of certain participants that also cycle, swim, or complete other activities. It would be great to see a solution to this issue!

I love that the app comes with communication and campaign suggestions, so it takes a lot of time off from the challenge admins when they create and communicate a challenge.

From an admin side, it's ease of use is top notch. It's allows me to give my employees a new experience every time. Our employees have loved it!

Not sure I have any. The new features getting released are only a value add to something that is already great.

Team building opportunities, health and wellness

Our team loves MoveSpring! We introduced it this year as our first ever wellness challenge platform, and it has gotten some great feedback! There are so many different types of challenges that you can set up, users can create their own challenges, and it connects to so many devices. It also has made my job a lot easier and quicker as the administrator!

I do wish that you could customize the challenges a little more - some of the challenges that I would like to do are not possible yet in the software. But there are still a lot of options.

Easier way to administer and track wellness challenges

MoveSpring is very user friendly. The step challenge in particular provides friendly competition among co-workers and helps us get our mind off work. It incentizes us to get outside and get our steps in with awards at the end as well. MoveSpring provided an amazing envronment where we could demonstrate teamwork and comradery outside of the workplace. I really enjoyed wokring with Jaclyn Ricchio. She was always super responsive and sooooo friendly. She helped me so much throughout the set up process and made everything as seamless as possible for me and my team. The set up was easy and if I ran into any issue, Jaclyn responded super quick. She really cared about the success of the step challenge and wanted only the best outcomes. She set time aside from her day to get on calls with me to make sure everything was going well. My company has been using MoveSpring for a few years now and we love it. We will definitley continue to use this service in the future.

I didnt dislike anyting about MoveSpring. Very intutive and user-friendly. it had so many featurews that I loved. I cant think of anything that I disliked. Customer Support was always there when there was any sort of issue, big or small.

Team events that are non-work related.

The attention from Sandra on helping us executing a fast event. The design of the platform and how it attends the needs of the users.

It would be nice to have more map templates specially for celebrations that are common all over the world like Pinktober.

Challenge section was not front and center

It was a tool that easily allowed us to track the amount of steps users took over a wellness challenge. It made it simple for users to sync on their own as opposed to manually tracking it.

I loved that we were able to upload all of our photos and how easy it was to use. I also loved onboarding and getting the app up and running. It wasn't complicated and the support team were amazing at answering our questions.

Having to go in the app the constantly to sync steps and also not being able to share videos

Company culture and bringing the business together. Also by joining these challenges it pushes you to exercise more and have had great health benefits.
