We have frequent internal debates about site UX, content, and layout. The visual display of clicks and scrolls make for quicker decision making that reviewing GA, at least to some of the team members. We frequently watch replays as a team to better understand how are users are getting around. Example: Mobile users make up 75% of our sessions, and they almost always beeline for the menu versus scrolling down the home page.
Their customer support is great. I also like how their help widget is everywhere in the dashboard and any reports. Whenever I have a question about a report or looking for something I can't see, I am able to get my questions answered right away, if not in a couple of hours which is great.
It doesn't record all sessions but we would needed to upgrade to an enterprise level for that so it can be pricey.
We can see what elements on a page/product users are most interested in. We are able to conduct A/B Tests because we see some of the friction in the heatmapping tool or recordings. This is also to verify assumptions we may have about a page's conversion.
