What do you like best about Motivosity?

I love the features it offers - being able to give $$ or a "just because" shout out is awesome. I love being able to thank my peers and seeing what is going on with others in the company (birthdays, awards, etc.)

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

Nothing! I have nothing negative to say. Motivosity is wonderful!

What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rewarding and celebrating team members with real dollars. It's a perk and we all love the ability to spend those dollars outside of our regular paycheck.

The NPS survey mechanism is not easily configurable, thus limiting the usefulness of the results.

What do you like best about Motivosity?

It is user friendly and helps staff stay motivated as well as continue on with positivity. It is also allows for us to communicate with each other even though we are all over the US.
