"Invested staff truly invested in your success"

What do you like best about Motive?

Qualified staff that are always working to improve the product and the user experience. The support team is also amazing and always helpful with any issues we encounter.

What do you dislike about Motive?

I love the safety score and fuel score they have, but they would need a centralised dashboard to view all their KPI's at the same place

What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Motive is currently working on some fuel theft prevention features that we are excited to see come to fruition. These features will enable us to keep a closer eye on what was bought and where in real-time.

"Great experience with Motive"

What do you like best about Motive?

Motive has exceptional customer support and is always willing to work to help meet our needs. The platform is very easy to use both on the driver's side as well in the office.

What do you dislike about Motive?

There are at times lags or glitches in the system as there are with any technology but Motive is always quick to respond and fix the issue. Maybe at times new releases could be tested a little more before release.

ELD and log compliance. Vehicle location and tracking. Dashcam and driver event/speeding monitoring.

"Best on the market"

What do you like best about Motive?

I like Motive because it has all the tools for efficient Fleet management, monitoring

What do you dislike about Motive?

The only disadvantage we noticed in our company it's the quality of the asset gateway trackers provided by Motive, we can't locate most of our trailers for a long time because of the general issue

I am using Motive every day at work, while monitoring our Fleet driver's log books, Fuel efficiency, locations. This software has huge variety of tools I need to be efficient Fleet manager

"Motive ELD"

What do you like best about Motive?

I have had not any connection issues while using the ELD. It is easy to get IFTA reports. They have great customer service.

What do you dislike about Motive?

I have not had any problems with Motive. I had some issues with getting my invoice but it has been resolved.

What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Makes it easy to get the reports I need for audits, inspections, trips, etc.

What do you like best about Motive?

We haven't had very many issues and when we have the issues are resolved quickly.

What do you dislike about Motive?

The time that it takes to download videos for a certain time frame.

The drivers can use this product with little or no issues.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Motive?

The app is easy to use to quickly locate a truck. I like that I'm able to see if the truck is moving or stopped so I know when they are able to talk or if they may be on their break sleeping. Has become part of my daily routine to check truck locations every morning. Customer support is readily available for dispatchers and drivers. I love that Motive easily integrates with multiple tracking software companies. Very easy to set up.

What do you dislike about Motive?

I wish the app has a couple more features that the web application has such as location history.

Helps keep me on top of delivery ETAs without continually contacting drivers.

"Raising the Bar to the 22nd Century!"

What do you like best about Motive?

When we decided to go to Motive we had tried other providers and all we got were headaches and substandard quality. Here at Get Rid Of It we needed the latest state of the art monitoring of what our drivers were accomplishing. We are a waste disposal company. This product has provided proof of service; exoneration during difficult situations by providing evidence to back us up. The best part is the fact that the cameras are always available to admin. when we need them. You can tell a lot of critical thinking went into the production and manufacturing of this product and software. My drivers love the convience of the digital paperwork as well! 10 stars!!!

What do you dislike about Motive?

the only draw back is the amount of memory necessary for pictures.

I am getting both my paperwork from my drivers and cameras/videos available when I need them!

"Extremally Helpful"

What do you like best about Motive?

Motive has very responsive support, they are always there when you need them. Motive is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about Motive?

Some features are buried and hard to get to for drivers.

Motive is what we depend on for hours of service compliance. It is one less thing for us to have to worry about.

the wide variety of availble information available

messaging should be able to be read out instead of having it stay as typed word
