The best thing about Morph.ai is their customer support team and does help out in case of any issues. At first when implementing the whatsapp chatbot platform, there was a learning curve which needed to be covered. The support team was infact very supportive of the fact that they helped a lot in the initial starting phase and did not get frustrated by the repeated changes in the logic which was needed to fine tune it for my use case. Morph.ai does have an excellent support team. Kudos!

The downside of Morph.ai was infact the learning curve. If the chatflow interface would have been a little more intuitive it would have been better for beginners.

Morph.ai has helped me taking care of inquiries with automated responses thus helping in customer retention as a customer not entertained is a customer lost.

First of all, the platform. I am using the WA Business app and came to know about the offered APIs to automate the conversations. I was absolutely thrilled after knowing there exists a platform that will help me create chat flows without getting into the coding part. Other than that the things which I liked most about the platform are brief tutorials of various terminologies and their customer support. Though it was expected as they offer a platform for customer support.

After creating dozens of conversations it gets difficult to track connections between the conversations. The lack of a graphic map to keep track was highly desired.

There is nothing much to dislike With only slight disadvantage could be its very fast demo video relating to its bot . Other than As a customer I am quite satisfied till now .

Mostly nothing, actually. In reality, I would like to be able to learn more quickly just so that I can end up creating more bots that I can insert into the website.
