Moosend has been a very helpful tool in marketing to our direct audience.
What do you like best about Moosend?
Using Moosend has really helped our company get in front of our direct audience through easy to use email templates and authenticated emails that do not get filtered into the clients spam box. The campaign analytics have been super helpful in measuring our ads so we can improve them in the future. I am able to use the software daily with ease. If ever I do have difficulty, customer service has been a breeze to work with. Overall, my favorite feature would be how simple it has been to implement new campaigns and integrate them across all of our marketing platforms.
What do you dislike about Moosend?
Learning to authenticate the emails and use the email templates was tricky at first. There is definitely a small learning curve, but once you get past that it's easy going. The simplest to learn of all the email software I have used so far.
What problems is Moosend solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moosend is helping us get in front of customers to make them aware of our brand and help share promotions.

Easy to use, and great support. After it's setup, it a breeze to use.

The initial sign up and getting the first send to go through was a bit of a process, and they immediately froze the account, and I had to talk with support.

Switched for the price, stayed for everything else!
As a nonprofit, pricing and ease of use are crucial for us. We switched from Mailchimp because we were looking for a more affordable solution, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that Moosend doesn't lack in anything. In fact, we were able to migrate our lists and templates, and send our first campaign in one day!

The platform is intuitive and we haven't faced any issues. And the support team has been around with recommendations to further improve our newsletters (thank you, Sarah!)

Overall, we're very happy with our choice and highly recommend Moosend to any org looking for an affordable and reliable solution!

Moosend has great customer service!
I've been using Moosend for a few years now for my small business. I like the fact that you can 'pre-pay' for credits for emails (1 credit = 1 email sent to 1 customer) and it's VERY reasonable. $350 gets you 350,000 emails you can send. I only have 2500 subscribers and it's lasted me for years and I'm only down to around 200k credits left. This is SO SO Much better than a monthly subscription plan for a small business like mine.

They also have great deliverability rates. Customer service, while they don't have phone support, has been top notch. Their chat with a live person is just a click away and they are very easy to get a hold of and have always been super helpful for me. Most recently their tech spent 3 hours with me getting some custom segments dialed in.

Moosend is highly recommended.

User-Friendly and Effective
We switched to Moosend a while back and I’ve really noticed a difference in how our emails perform. The platform is super user-friendly, making it easy for our team to create and schedule campaigns without any hassle. Since the switch, our open and click-through rates have significantly improved, which is fantastic! Customer service was outstanding
Customer service was outstanding - less than 5 minutes to get live online chat and even scheduled a live onboarding call. Delivery looks good and the platform is very easy to use. Their cost is half of other companies and they perform at least as well if not better.
