I did not link that it didn't offer restricting of member contentwhen I used it.

MoonClerk solves the problem of basic subscription billing.

What do you like best about MoonClerk?

MoonClerk is very user friendly and is also easy enough that our customers can update their own information when needed.

What do you dislike about MoonClerk?

We use MoonClerk to manage a paid facebook group subscription model. It would be nice if MoonClerk integrated with Facebook to help manage approving requests to join the group and also removing members who cancel or go past due.

What problems is MoonClerk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use MoonClerk to manage a paid facebook group subscription model. It has taken a lot of work out of managing the subscriptions.

Great for small businesses!

PROS: Setting up the program is really easy. It's pretty straightforward.

CONS: I hope there's more customization options for the checkout page.

Super easy and cheap

Been using Moonclerk for a few months now, it's everything you want in a web service - super easy to set up and configure, rock solid consistency and accuracy, and great customer support. It was easy to integrate with my Squarespace website. Credit card transactions happen exactly when and how they should, I don't need to do anything but watch the money get deposited in my account each month. I can't imagine going back to the old way of hunting people down and collecting money. It has freed up so much time. I'm kicking myself for not setting this up sooner.

Not sure why the other reviewer was complaining about price, check out Paywhirl or other recurring billing systems - Moonclerk is the cheapest option out there. No idea where he got the $500 figure - most people will pay $10 to $20 per month. No idea what he's talking about, I had to write this review to set the record straight.

Great product, Even better service.

I used this service without flaw for a couple of months. It is simple and easy to use.

I made a mistake with my payments and moonclerk took less than 5 mins to respond and help me fix my issue. WOW!

Great Service!

I've been using MoonClerk for the last 6 months for my website and so far so good. I use them for their shopping cart on the front-end of my site and Stripe as the payment processor for the back-end. Not a single problem with either company. I am on MoonClerk's $9 monthly plan, and one month I completely forgot to make a payment. Instead of cutting off my service, they sent me an email letting me know a payment had not been made and to either make a payment soon, or contact them, otherwise my service might be interrupted. That was good to know. They also have very courteous customer service via email. Very pleased with this company.

What do you like best about MoonClerk?

Simplicity & ease of use is why I've been a customer for over 4 years. It's integration with Stripe is effortless, and the ability to create new payment forms or plans is as easy as drag & drop.

What do you dislike about MoonClerk?

I utilize a form through MoonClerk to collect info from my customers, and then charge them at the final step. They don't provide an upload function, though, so if my customers need to submit an image to me, then have to email it. I wish an upload feature was provided through MC.

What problems is MoonClerk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplifying the payment process through Stripe. I don't have learn any additional code or fancy markup. It's as easy as click and save.

Convenient payment!
