what I love most about Monday CRM is how it just makes my life easier. Managing clients, tracking leads, and staying on top of tasks used to be a juggling act, but now it’s all in one place. I can tweak it to fit how I actually work, automate boring stuff, and see everything at a glance without feeling overwhelmed.

Not very cheap, especially when you start adding extras.

I love how Monday CRM adapts to my sales process, letting me customize workflows rather than follow a rigid structure. Its visual interface helps our team quickly see where deals stand. Built-in communication and automation features save us time, while real-time analytics guide my decisions. It’s also easy to onboard new team members, ensuring everyone stays aligned and productive.

We have the Pro level which has a limit of 25k automations. Normally, that's more than enough, but we recently switched from Work Management to CRM and would have liked the ability to purchase an add on of sorts to allow us to go over our automation limit. Not having that resulted in having to do a lot of manual work after hours to ensure everything moved over but didn't use our automations.

We used Work Management as a 'CRM' for a few years and it was ok. CRM is so much better as it allows you to see deals/accounts from a higher perspective and have a single point of truth.

I love Monday because it's super easy to use, easy to navigate and customize.

It really helps us to stay organize and on top of our leads

I wish it there was an undo button... But we do love it nonetheless

That we can enjoy a fully functional CRM and project management platform all in the one spot... we can cancel at least 2 other subscriptions and don't need to login to more than one platform.

Knowing what features are called when building out workflows... can be a little trial and error to find the right combination. Also, the Dashboard displays are not as useful as we'd hoped... we'd like to build a client-friendly dashboard that supports URLS so we can export it and send to clients as a PDF.

A number of the features that allow customization and automation are built by and sold by third party developers. It can drive your cost and complexity to use features that Monday.com promotes as strong features of the system.

We are able to use this program beyond the sale so that we have a seamless workflow from lead to order to invoice. Monday.

The hability to have everything integrated to monday work management.Very powerful for creating automated workflows without code. Integrates well with Slack.

The feature SSO and Audit Logs only on Enterprise plan.

The seamless ui of the crm makes it easy for both our sales department and operations to view whats in the pipeline and whats in process. Additionally integrating CRM with our Work management workflows can really connect all of our users.

The original quoting system is and tiered pricing could be better. Having a template for our sellable goods would be a great addition to the platform. Additionally having more seamless CC processing and phone call tracking would be a plus.

Monday CRM is unifying all of our teams who would originally be working in silos to working together. In addition it provides out of the box reporting for our sales reps that was desperately needed.

I would say, I dislike nothing about Monday.

Complexity of some advanced features. And also that everything is only avaialbel in the Enterprise plan which is the most expensive one.
