The Momice software is very easy to use, offers many possibilities, and to top it all off they have the friendliest & fastest customer service I have experienced so far. I know they are a large organization with many clients, but the moment I need their help they respond right away with a friendly and personal approach.

I am very satisfied with the platform and the various functions. If there is one downside to mention it's something that not all of our invitees can access our event sites and/or receive our invitations (related to i.e. very strict security and unknown reasons).

For an event organization like us, Momice makes the registration process much easier, and our invitations get a professional layout without taking up too much work to make. Making use of Momice has definitely given our events a boost.

Only if not using regularly you need to take a minute longer to figure it out. Only a minute though :-) And when calling Momice things are solved or figured out within a second.

Developing a registration site within short time. Being able to change or send mailings to clients within own time limits. I have tried registration systems before but never as easy, never as good and never with a look & feel as this one!

If, despite the simple system, you still have questions, the quick and friendly help.

As an eventmanager I am always looking for ways to improve the experience of guests. Momice provides a user friendly platform that helps me to personalize the event communication and get usefull insights about my guests.

Some of the functionalities are not optimalized yet, fortunately the people of Momice are always busy improving there product and service.

Momice is continuously improving their product and they ensured a pioneering role in the industry with the stage the product is in now (new lay out and ticketing module activated).

Quick and easy way of communicating with your entire audience through Momice saves a lot of time and increases my efficiency.

Momice is very easy to use & innovative.

I haven't experienced any disadvantages of Momice yet.

I really can't think of anything. I'm very happy with the software!

I can access my own data regarding the registration. I can make adjustments, send reminders etc. At any moment I can make exports to see all the details.
