As a Director of Sales Operations, what I appreciate most about Momentum is how seamlessly it bridges the gap between our CRM data and actionable insights for the sales team. Over the past two years, the closed-lost and closed-won analysis feature of RetroPilot has been invaluable, and the support I’ve received has been outstanding. Specifically:

I love that once you set it up, it is like you hired your own personal call assitant. Their team is also just great!

It is sometimes difficult to figure out how to take it off for calls where you are not allowed to have an AI tool.

Momentum is allowing our team to truly be present on calls rather then scrambeling to take notes. We are able to put all of our efforts into the actual human to human interaction. Momentum is great.

Momentum has made my life as a RevOps leader so much easier. The automation paired with AI has brought incredible information into our CRM. Sales no longer needs to update CRM data manually, and leadership knows where to go in our system to find it. It truly is brilliant. Integrating Slack and Google Drive allows for great cross-team collaborations without requiring all users to be in a CRM. It's just a great tool and company!

Honestly, there is no need for this question when it comes to this tool.

Time. Momentum gives us time back in our day to do money making activities. It also ensures data quality across the org.

Biggest draws:

- AI powered automations (call summarizations, drafted emails, next step updating in SFDC, auto-fill fields)

- Deal / Customer slack rooms with slack automations (emoji react --> update sfdc, email back and forth history)

- Slack Notifications (deal approvals for contracts, closed won deal notifications, new deal movement notifications)

The automation we have in place for connecting slack and salesforce is killer. The note taking AI is amazing, plus a huge time saver! Their team is great to work with and are innovating so quickly it is exciting to see what they are bringing to the table.

The only thing I dislike is that I don't have access to their full platform.

Cutting through the noise and mess of slack by automating and connecting data from Salesforce to Slack, which makes it so much easier to keep teams, managers, and execs up to date and informed on the activities of our GTM teams.

Being able to automate most manual functions that were done with salesforce but also being able to bring salesforce reports to life in a slack channel to help harbor collaboration between teams. Very helpful on the customer retention side

a bit hard to figure out if you arent familar with automation but their CS team does a great job in teaching and how to build workflows

Helping our sales reps quickly and easily put leads or opportunities into Salesloft cadences. Helps us combat churn really well by bringing our churn salesforce report to life. helps us track our daily go lives and sales without having to rely on a salesforce report or manually tabulate the numbers.

Momentum has a ton of wow factor features, but what it really comes down to for us is the flexibility and versatility of the platform. Much like Salesforce Flows, Momentum is a revolution in automation and driving the efficient movement and transformation of your data all while keeping it at the fingertips of those who need it most.

The only feedback I've had thus far for the Momentum team is that I'd love to be able to interact with the platform via Salesforce Flows.

Momentum helps us keep tabs on what is happening in Salesforce by serving up alerts to the right people in a manner that is accessible to both end users and administrators.

It is easy, useful and cheap. You can manage, view and complete your tasks with a click of a button

While it is a good overall package, Similar tools are available for free on the web. There is no great differentiation.

Task Management

Task workflow.

Ability to keep things moving without doing anything manually. Updates in Slack automatically show up within Salesforce, which is great!

I don't have anything to say here. It has been a great tool so far and would love to explore more :)

Updating workflows, automating tasks, and logging details from Slack are quite a few things that we've done so far.
