I like the convenience of having to change operational hours and the ability to respond to all reviews on one platform instead of having to respond on different channels. Especially with the new Uberall CoreX app. I also like how we can now download reports in PDF/Image form (pie/graph charts).
It takes a long time for the Invitation email to be sent when creating new accounts. We used to be able to create a password for new guests. Also, when people make suggestions on Google, we are unable to approve or deny those requests on Uberall platform.
The MomentFeed platform is beneficial to those who are trying to consolidate and respond to their reviews. The platform gives you valuable data (i.e. Number of Clicks to Calls, Clicks for Directions) that will help you make future advertising decisions.
We are now responding to reviews that were left unanswered for years. We realized that customers are happy to know we are listening to their complaints and requests instead of ignoring them. Customers also complained about having incorrect hours online compared to visiting the restaurant.

As a small company, we first had to get used to the cost structure. What we are missing is the integration of Pinterest, for example, which is an important channel for us.
In order to map the dealer search on our website and beyond, in the best possible way on the net. We want our partners to be found by end customers in the best possible way, which is why we rely on Uberall. With Uberall, we have the chance to adapt our product portfolio and share information on all dealer sites at the same time.
It allows me to manage my client's large network of nationwide stores in a simple centralised dashboard. I can quickly make edits to opening hours, services and store photos on the fly and then submit them to a huge number of directories at the click of a button. The reviews dashboard is also fantastic and the customer support is second to none.
Possibly slightly pricey but I think it's a worthwhile investment. I would also like to be able to add coordinates of the store location to the profiles so that the map marker knows exactly where the store is.
It allows me to quick and easily respond to customer reviews and questions on Google using the Reply Assistant feature. The Google My Business reviews dashboard is very clunky so this was a pain point for me befroe using Uberall.

nothing really. It takes long and is cumbersome to verify Google my Business locations - esp. if you work in a large company where i do not know all contacts in the locations. however this is an issue at Google - seems they have not too much people ressources for that.

Mit der Übersicht kann ich schnell und einfach die Standorte pflegen und auf den neuersten Stand halten, die Kundenbewertungen kinderleicht beantworten und mit Analytics habe ich alles in Blick und kann die richtige Entscheidugen und Verbesserungsvorschläge für jeder Standort treffen. Die Einsetzung von Locator & Pagefinder der auf unseren Bedürfnisse angepasst worden sind, hat das Unternehmen ein große Schritt nach vorne gebracht.
Uberall ist den Konkurenten ein Schritt vorraus - durch ständige Lösungsangebote, Anpassungen und Aktualisierungen die auf Kundenbedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind.
Mir fehlt aktuell keine Funktion. Alles was ich brauche, wurde bereits angepasst, deswegen bin ich damit sehr zufrieden. Mein offener Punkt bezüglich Öffnungszeiten, ist bereits in Bearbeitung.
Ein Tool mit viele Features der für jede Unternehmen braucht, wenn alles einfach und unkompliziert laufen soll.
Zentralle Bearbeitung aller Standorte mit der Weitergabe an aller Suchplattformen. Ich bin dadurch produktiver und das Unternehmen ist Sichtbarer für Kunden geworden. Durch der Nutztung einer einziges Tool, spart jedes Unternehmen Extrakosten.
J'aime la facilité d'utilisation de la plateforme, la rapidité de mise à jour des données, le coté proactif d'UberAll lors des nouveautés... enfin, un support et chargé de compte très réactifs lorsqu'il y a besoin.
UbarAll a cette faculté d'être à l'écoute, de comprendre le besoin et d'expliquer en quoi et comment il peut y répondre.

Lors de la crise du Covid par exemple, nous avons pu indiquer les agences momentanément fermées ainsi que les gestes barrières obnligatoires (masque, gel...). Nous allons travaillé sur les Google post et offre afin de démultiplier encore plus la visibilité locale de nos annonces envers nos clients.
Je souhaitais une plateforme qui permette d'harmoniser les horaires et coordonnées de toutes nos agences (550 en France) afin d'éviter la déception d'une agence fermée... UberAll a parfaitement répondu à cela.
En un seul endroit, je peux retrouver toutes les statistiques de consultations des agences que ce soit sur Google (avec le nombre d'appels, visites, initénraires...) mais également sur els autres annuaires ou GPS contenus dans UberAll.
