"THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT"

What do you like best about ModMed?

WHEN MICHELLE HELPS ME, SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND HER DIRECTIONS. SOMETIMES I EVEN ASK IF SHE CAN HELP ME AND THEY WILL CONNECT ME TO HER.

i CANNOT THINK OF ANY ANSWER FOR THIS QUESTION, MODMED IS A GREAT COMPANY AND I WOULD DEFINETLY BE LOST WITHOUT THEM. I MEAN EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK ITS ALWAYS WITHIN REASONABLE TIME

THEY CAN ALWAYS GIVE ME THE CORRECT BILLING CODES FOR MY PAYERS, I LIKE THE WAY THEY HAVE CREWS THAT WILL REVIEW THE PROBLEMS AND GET BACK TO THE REP QUICKLY AND IN RETURN THE REPS GET BACK TO ME QUICKLY
