The ease of use, implementation, integration and customer support, along with the segmented modules and reports, prove highly beneficial for dividing user tasks effectively. The management of users, patients, stock, accounts, and MIS is easily understandable, facilitating a smooth workflow.

What do you dislike about MocDoc HMS?

It would be better if a warning message could appear when there is unsaved or partial work to alert the user

Satisified that I recommended best software to my close friend (doctor)

When one of my very good friends, who is a private doctor and has a clinic asked me to recommend a good clinic management software. I researched nearly 10-12 software in the market, tabulated pros and cons after analysing where his clinic with respect to better management, then finalized and recommended him MocDoc Clinic Management Software, but I was a little worried about how this software is gonna help him since he was not a tech-understanding guy.

But after a few months when we meet in his clinic he thanked me for recommending mocdoc's software, which now eases his time and it is very easy to use for him now, at that moment I felt so satisfied that I have recommended the right software that solves a doctors problem in running a clinic.

PROS: This program is very promising. Everything in the dashboard is just where it should be, I can access it anytime (as long as I’m online), and it’s compatible with my OS.

CONS: I have nothing but good words for this program.

Happy with MocDoc!

PROS: I think that the best part about having this program is that it provides reliable and secure storage for our files online. With everything digitalized, we can now shift to a paperless system. Not only has this saved our company the time and resources, but it has also made a positive impact on the environment.

CONS: I don’t think there’s any downside to our partnership with MocDoc.

Makes our lives in the hospital easier.

PROS: This has significantly lightened the burden of our day-to-day tasks. With our files up on the cloud, it’s so much easier to retrieve them now.

CONS: There’s no doubt about it—this software has completely revolutionized our workflow. However, there are moments when the pages take a long time to load. Of course, this could just be an issue with our connection.
