There are few drawbacks, one being that each time a potential client responds to your text message, you lose a credit. While we provide a phone number for responses, it often proves ineffective, causing credits to deplete twice as quickly.

The ability to be treated as an individual. When I had an issue, I was treated as though I was important and had my issue resoleved very promptly with GREAT Customer Support !!

They're emerging as a leader in the industry with innovative tools; very responsive and open to feedback from clients. Great customer service and very easy to use platform. Minimal training required... get up to speed in minutes and send a text. Saves me tons of time and communicates with my audience.Highly recommend!

Mobiz is a great, innovative text solution that we use every week. Mobiz is doing customization in ways that nobody else can, but honestly, my favorite thing is the customer service. Tanner, the general manager is awesome. He looks after his clients like he has a stake in everyone's success. Tanner has always supported us and given new ways to reach our subscribers. Their customer service is truly one of the best, and one of the biggest reasons I choose Mobiz.

It'd be nice if htey supported larger mms, but a lot of that is just limitations of the MMS protocol.

Email results have been declining steadily, and restaurants have been challenged by the pandemic and inflation. We needed a new solution to market to our guests, and Mobiz solved it. We are able to quickly send a MMS message promoting a daily special or event and we've seen a huge sales increase from that. Mobiz is a critical part of our marketing plan, and four years ago we would not have even considered it. They have transformed our marketing efforts and made them far more impactful than they would have been through email alone.
