I`ve been using very often MobileXpense for almost 2 years and I really enjoy it because of the following reasons:
1) Available in different languages: The MobileXpense is available in different languages(both the website and the app). I work in Austria, but I don`t know yet German to the level that I would like to use systems in German, so English is perfect for me.
2) Easy upload of picture/no paper invoices to be kept/delivered: Taking pictures with the phone and attaching the invoices directly is so much easier than it was before when we use to send by post all the invoices, now pictures are enough and can be attached very fast within the app.
3) Automatical upload of expenses when paying with the Company Credit Card: The expenses are automatically uploaded in the app and I just need to adjust the category and take a picture of the invoice - which is very fast with the app on the phone.
4) Easy management of different currencies - I`m travelling to different countries across Europe and also outside Europe and it had always all the countries available with the right currencies;
5) Daily allowance feature which is used by our company helped us issue the reports faster because we don`t need to keep receipts for meals;
6) The approval process is really easy and each associate can track the status.
There`s literally nothing I can complain of while using it even several times a month in some months. The app and website work perfectly.
MobileXpense dramatically improved our speed of submitting reports, increased reporting tools for travels and ensured our corporate and regulatory compliance. Would highly recommend it.
