Ease of use and ease of loading new additions to multiple users.

Updates too often throughout the day. Maybe have this happen once a day in the late evening?

I use this frequently to show video capabilities of our machines.

Most of the approved is all together in one app. I can send the literature from it as well. All the documents have a small picture of what the document is.

Have sometimes needed it and it has been off-line for some reason.

Allows me to bring it up and show someone quickly. Some simply don't want hard copies sitting around. Prefer .pdf's.
