What do you like best about ML Work Orders?

It brings all work requests together in one organized platform and improves the workflow. It is easy to use, and easy to implement, No more emails, phone calls or post it notes. All work requests come in from the same source. It is feature rich and the work requests contain enough information to perform the task without having to contact the requester for more info.

What do you dislike about ML Work Orders?

We're new customers having used this platform for just 3 months, moving over to ML Work Orders from a different company. So far we like it better, and can't specify any downside. There is nothing not to like about it.

It helps turn our maintenance operation into a more efficient organized operation.

What do you like best about ML Work Orders?

The data analysis that is now available to us has helped us optimize staffing and bring efficiency to operations around multiple divisions. This is a tremendous tool at a competitive price. We are able to implement across multiple divisions - Facilities, Grounds, Food Service, Custodial, Transportation, and Technology.

What do you dislike about ML Work Orders?

Nothing. We love it. Especially the ability to implement across so many divisions - indispensible.

What problems is ML Work Orders solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our data tracking and analysis is one component, but the Preventative Maintenance capabilities were a major draw for us as well as mapping program through the Drawings application.

The straightforward interface makes it as easy for first-time users as experienced veterans.

What do you dislike about ML Work Orders?

Slightly excessive email confirmation process. I've noticed I get 3-4 emails for each work order.

What problems is ML Work Orders solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our district uses ML Work Orders for everything from IT requests to inventory requests. I use it for many aspects of my job, from reporting connection issues to reserving tables and chairs for events.

What do you like best about ML Work Orders?

The broad range of work order management. Having 5 buildings and nearly 10,000 work orders in the course of 3 years, we have been abel to accurately track and complete work on an unprecidented level since we started with ML work orders

What do you dislike about ML Work Orders?

Nothing, it is a fantastic system! Any issues that I have get routed right to support and they handle it. No Complaints!!!!

What do you like best about ML Work Orders?

I teach in a public school system, and it's quick and easy (less than 2 minutes) to submit a work order for technology support. My time is valuable, so I love it.

I haven't found anything I dislike about work orders. It's a time-saver for everyone!

What do you like best about ML Work Orders?

This is one of these easiest platforms to use. it is simple, organized and quick. The communication is simple and the drop down menus really help.

What do you dislike about ML Work Orders?

Sometimes there are not comments back when something is completed, but sometimes I guess there doesn't need to be.

What problems is ML Work Orders solving and how is that benefiting you?

Things like moving bulletins boards, painting, anything that needs to be repaired in our office.

It seems like there is some duplication of auto-emails when facilities team responds and updates status of work progress

What do you like best about ML Work Orders?

Staff is automatically assigned a ticket when it falls into their scope or area. Staff can be grouped into zones, and tickets are automatically assigned to a tech based upon their zone. When a ticket is submitted, the tech is immediately alerted and assigned to the issue. This reduces blow by and tickets going stale.

What do you dislike about ML Work Orders?

I honestly don't have any negative opinions. It is good for its function and intended use. It would be an awesome help desk system for IT if there were a knowledge base feature and an asset tracking feature that were built in.

What problems is ML Work Orders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The service provides a starting point for meeting all site-wide concerns for maintenance and operations. The benefit is that it eliminates a middle man, and saves time. Employees submit their own issue in their own words and nothing is lost in translation or in the telephone game.
