I love the ease of integrating sequences, calendar availability, polls, etc at the click of a button! I have recommended it to tons of colleagues and was even the person to initiate it's paid usage in our office. We loved our rep Lauren as well, she was so funny and kind, all-around great service!

Nothing to dislike. It's user-friendly and the dashboard is thorough.

Mixmax is awesome. There are so many features, like sequences for sales follow-ups, email tracking, polls and more that are great. Their integrations are also super helpful and keep everything streamlined!

Scheduling meetings, finding my availability, using polls to plan big meetings, etc. Ohh, and sequences! So many good features, I can't really pick.

As a CSM I spend a lot of time in my email each and every day. Having templates saved in Mixmax prevents me from having to type out repetitive emails which is great! My favorite feature though is the g-cal integration which helps me to let my clients book calls on my calendar via my shared availability.

Not much to complain about. It's a simple app that does what it says on the tin!

It's so easy to set up the product, it reminds you of emails, who has read it and when. It's very useful, especially in recruitment. Would highly recommend it!

I have no complaints at all; I would recommend Mixmax to anyone. It helps me stay on top of everything. The only thing is the integration with Zoom, which I disabled, and now I keep getting emails about the account not being connected. I have also contacted support, and they advised me what to do, but it persists.

MixMax reminds you of emails, who has read it and when. It's very useful, especially in recruitment. Would highly recommend it!

There is really is not any functionality the Mixmax provides that I dislike.

The need to have templatized emails and being able to review and sent available meeting times is a big plus.

Honestly? I've been an ambassador for years. I recommend it to everyone.

90% of our communications are through email. We need a good way to remember when to follow up? And always be prepared for the daily kinds of communications that I can template as while also personalizing for a seamless client communication experience.

Mixmax is a very powerful SEP with great people working there. We use it for our sales and onboarding team and it helped us automate and streamline many processes

There are some features missing like texting prospects, pulling information from SF cases, and alternating the verbiage on emails according to the day of the week, but there are also some workarounds to achieve those missing features

Prospect engagement automation, forgetting to interact with leads, easily calling and logging tasks on SF. We are saving hours of repetitive work with a couple of clicks

Saves me so much time, and less anxiety trying to write the perfect email.

A tad expensive, would prefer to have a cheaper version, with access to fewer features, but still purposeful.

My favourite features are the send later tool paired with the activity graph for each recipient. It really helps me maximise the opening rate of my emails.

Additionally, the scheduling tool where I can choose my availability slots for people to book calls directly through my email has proven useful every single time.

I find it annoying having to go into the outbox whenever I need to edit a scheduled message. If there were a way of editing those messages within my inbox, the process would be much easier and faster.

It allows me to automate and streamline several internal and external comms processes, as well as maximising the open rate of my outgoing emails. Also, it simplifies the meeting scheduling process, reducing the amount of unnecessary back and forth to coordinate calls.

Email tracking, email templates and consistency across my team's messaging. Setup, team management and pivoting our tactics are all extremely easy.

MixMax will disconnect itself without notice sometimes so some users will keep working without noticing and we don't have those messages tracked. But it's easy and quick to reconnect.

MixMax fills the holes in standard email communication - we know when things are opened and we know when to follow up to keep the conversation going. It's also allowed us to have playbooks for different scenarios through templates and automation.

I like it's simplicity aNd hoW easy it is to store and organize templates, sequences and also the view of who is opening my emails and the opening rate and CTR of my emails.

It allows me to send my availibility and calendar link easily to my contacts, it also allows me to see who is more engaged with my emails, what emails are working better than other to make better templates and approaches....
