As a CSM I spend a lot of time in my email each and every day. Having templates saved in Mixmax prevents me from having to type out repetitive emails which is great! My favorite feature though is the g-cal integration which helps me to let my clients book calls on my calendar via my shared availability.

Mixmax is a very powerful SEP with great people working there. We use it for our sales and onboarding team and it helped us automate and streamline many processes
There are some features missing like texting prospects, pulling information from SF cases, and alternating the verbiage on emails according to the day of the week, but there are also some workarounds to achieve those missing features

I find it annoying having to go into the outbox whenever I need to edit a scheduled message. If there were a way of editing those messages within my inbox, the process would be much easier and faster.

MixMax will disconnect itself without notice sometimes so some users will keep working without noticing and we don't have those messages tracked. But it's easy and quick to reconnect.
MixMax fills the holes in standard email communication - we know when things are opened and we know when to follow up to keep the conversation going. It's also allowed us to have playbooks for different scenarios through templates and automation.

I love the ease of integrating sequences, calendar availability, polls, etc at the click of a button! I have recommended it to tons of colleagues and was even the person to initiate it's paid usage in our office. We loved our rep Lauren as well, she was so funny and kind, all-around great service!
