Mish provides an easy interface for curating user-generated content for SnapChat. We're able to create engaging stories built primarily on what users submit. This greatly reduces our load and resources.

Reasonable price-point and provide the analytics necessary to show a return on investment. The product is easy to use and the support has been great.

We wanted to move to SnapChat but were unable how to. The team at Mish gave us great ideas and examples of how to get started and we took it from there. We have a limited social media staff and the workflow from start to finish doesn't require us to be out "Snapping" away. The software is available on the desktop and this saves us time.

Being able to upload pre-produced content is a real game -changer, as is being able to re-post user generated content. Analytics are also huge, enabling us to properly look at the numbers on our Snaps, without having to constantly screenshot.

The lack of Chat integration is frustrating.

We can now report on our Snap stories and track things like retention rate throughout stories, and growth over time. It has also enabled us to post more frequently on Snapchat than we would have otherwise done.

The Mish Guru dashboard is super easy to use and provides exactly what we need. The company seems to be continually evolving as times change and they have been great from the start in taking the time to understand what it is we need to achieve.

There's some room for future developments, e.g. being able to access our instant messages from the dashboard.

Snapchat metrics were a big black hole for us until we found Mish Guru. Now we're able to track engagement metrics, which in turn helps us to refine our social media strategy. We love being able reshare UGC, which has become a big part of our strategy, and we also like being able to prepare content ahead of time.

I really like their assistance with content strategy for higher-ed users, their newsletters are very fun and informative also.

Some snapchat features like IM chat would be nice as a future integration.

The reporting is great, I love the look and feel of it & it's perfect for screenshotting & sending on to internal stakeholders so I don't need to worry about spending hours making PowerPoint presentations. The customer service from the Mish team is amazing, they always respond super quickly no matter what time of day I message them and they are fully able to answer every query! The absolute best part of Mish is the way it has enabled us to grow and engage with our Snapchat audience. We've grown our followers by 200% since using Mish and the amount of engagement is fantastic.

Not being able to access chat through Mish

Use it for 1 month & you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. It will save so much resources when compared with manual Snapchat management, it practically pays for itself.

The ability to engage with our users by reposting the content they send in has been absolutely invaluable. We've been able to get a much higher number of impressions organically using Mish Guru than we would with paid media on any other platform.

It gives you in-depth reviews about your clientele and is market-driven, granting reach of potential and existing clients.

It is pretty expensive, but investing is the only way to grow.

Being able to have numerous contributors to our brand account's Snapchat (coaches, athletes, trainers, support staff, fans, etc.) is the only way we have been able to create a consistent and solid Snapchat story.

The time it takes to screenshot/capture snaps to then be allowed to share is sometimes too long to keep the timing relevant. It seems to vary - sometimes it's quite fast and other times it can be quite long.

I would love to see greater speed in capturing the received Snaps and would love to see the ability to add snap stickers to stuff that we upload into the upload tab (helping us look more organic in what we upload - as if maybe it was done on Snapchat even if we're using Photoshop or something like that.

We've been able to work smarter not harder. We give an easy way for regular Snapchatters who touch our brand to contribute to our efforts without us having to be everywhere all the time as staff members. We also get a first person perspective without having to share passwords and jump through hoops to do so.

It's great for running student Snapchat takeovers as it means we can monitor the content before its published and we don't have to give out any passwords because students can just use their own snapchat accounts.

Sometimes the software has a couple of glitches. However, when there are any problems the support team are quick to rectify them or look into them.

It is a great solution for managing and scheduling Snapchat content

How Snapchat doesn't update some features or changes the features to hinder our marketing efforts

Unable to access chat. Platform seems unstable occasionally and there are issues around logging in on other devices.

Be prepared to replace using Snapchat on a phone as only one device can be logged in to your Snapchat account at a time. There are occasionally difficulties logging out and back in again.

We are able to repurpose content from our image libraries for Snapchat. We can also have students 'takeover' our Snapchat account, without giving them access to our account credentials.
