Pre-made templates, group interactive features, endless space on a board

Not a critique of Miro, it just takes time to figure out how to best make use of it with a big team.

Tudo está está na sua mão, todas ferramentas é muito intuitiva e fácil de trabalhar, tudo organizado e pensado para o que vamos atuar, sem precisa mover muito para sua aplicação.

Olha tudo é muito bom com o Miro, mas o valor é o principal motivo para ele, não é nada barato, a tradução tamb é uma outra dificuldade que encontrei com a ferramenta.

Atualmente utilizamos o Miro para quase tudo na minha area de atuação, como fluxograma, Acompamento daquele projeto, brainstorming que utilização para que fluxo de trabalho

Tudo está na mão muito ágil e fácil de aplicar e a forma de iteragir com as outras pessoas no mesmo documento ao mesmo tempo, isso é fantastico, eu indicaria para todos os amigos

Tudo é muito bom e fácil, mas poderia ter outras traduções como o português ficaria menos difícil para quem não fala o Inglês, mas isso não interfer na usabilidade dele.

Usamos para todo o tipo de mapeamento, desenho de fluxo, brainstorming, melhoria continua dos fluxo e acompanhamento de projetos e até para um momento de rodada com a Equipe.

- Integration with other tools.

-There is no possibility to create more folders under a board or a project;

- There is No possibility to have a verisoning of Boards/Projects in order to freeze the contents;

- Limited document management.

When you use it, the first question is: how have i done so far without this?

As Miro administrator and Service Designer for my Company I proposed to use Miro in order to:

- Avoid contents sharing (with huge size) via Mail or others;

- Having a visual approach and encourage creativity during my workshop by involving all stakeholders from defferent teams;

- Having in one single board all information we need to design and prototype new product/services;

- Easy sharing and collaborative way of work remotely

Live collaboration, remote, with features such as timer, sticker notes with tags identifying author, flows, and templates.

Not able to insert our music on sessions.

Our team works completely remotely and we need to collaborate in sessions.

I like that everyone can work in it at the same time. Its a live document and you do not have to wait for someone to save and sign out before you can go in and see live updates

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to load up. Also I find multiple post it notes confusing and easy to miss a note.

For me, it is acting as a catalog for all design history to be found in the same place. It is a one stop shop for all of my coworkers and I to view the same information with live updates that everyone can see at all times

It has an interactive workshops and brainstorming sessions which helps in exchange of ideas which enhance project progress.

It makes planning for events and activities within an organisation easy through creating of charts and PowerPoint presentation .

It's useful for far distance and near hence easen project management making clarification better and faster.

I usually consider it my project hence have no dislike about it

Recording system through charts helps me seeing the progress of my organisation.

Miro is really easy to use and navigate. I it's features like Miroverse which gives you plenty of templates to work with for creating a workshop. I also like the way things are organized, just clean work. The customer support center are fast and reliable also. To implement Miro is also easy. Miro has a User-friendly interface also.

I use Miro for my day to day tasks and l haven't found any problem with the Software so l can't dislike it.

Through Miro for Visual meetings and project Management and Miro has helped me reach far cause l can communicate with my team and clients through video calls, with this l finish projects fast and l am to brain storm ideas for upcoming projects. I say with Miro ideas come to live and anything is possible too with Miro. I also get a lot of profits through Miro.

At the start of 2020, everything changed in one fell swoop. Employees working from home, the whiteboard in the office is gathering dust. So how can you quickly discuss a few ideas? Draw up the first project plan and change it flexibly?

Miro! Within a few minutes, a well-structured board or simply a "green field" is created and ready to help the team. From brainstorming and entire project structures to support for special meeting formats in an agile environment, you are supported with good templates. The functionality is easy to understand and simply offers everything you need to work together really well. Parallel work on the board with many employees is also possible in real time. So we use Miro several times a day.

Organizing boards based on different hierarchies and teams is a little more complicated and could be made a little more intuitive and based on the structure of common tools.

Distributed working with employees with different levels of knowledge to use the tool is super easy because Miro is very intuitive. From the initial idea to the creation of project and product plans to release planning, the responsible employees can work together at any time and from anywhere - all in one product.

It's extremely user-friendly and easy to access
