Very intuitive interface with excellent customer services All questions or tickets that are created are answered in a timely manner.

I've only worked with one other MDM, but Miradore was by far the easiest to setup, configure and administer.

The ability to lock down an ipad or android tablet and only allow deployment of apps that are approved makes managing devices very easy.

Miradore has a lot of great features for managing Android. I like that I can lock down settings with configuration profiles and deploy applications to the tablets.

I wish that there were more tools for managing Windows computers. They are always adding new features, so hopefully, they will add more features for managing Windows in the future.

It is great for managing devices like smartphones and tablets but is a little more limited than some other options when it comes to Windows.

We use a lot of Android tablets in our warehouse and we had no way to centrally manage them or deploy applications to them. It was a real pain. Using Miradore, we can set them up quickly and remotely deploy applications to them. The users also can't mess with any of the settings. It has made managing our fleet of tablets extremely easy.

Nach langer Suche sind wir auf Miradore gestossen.

Mit diesem System kann man die mobilen Endgerät nicht nur inventarisieren sondern auch überwachen.

Insbesondere kann man so auf einem Blick erkennen welches Gerät Updates benötigt und diese auch schnell und einfach zur Installation freigeben, ohne das man das Gerät vom Mitarbeiter anfordern muss.

Auch die Möglichkeit der Ortung der Geräte finden wir sehr gut. Es kann immer mal passieren, das ein Gerät irgendwo verloren geht oder liegen gelassen wird. Mit Miradore kann man den Standort des Endgerätes ermitteln und das Gerät auch aus der Ferne sperren. Somit sind die Daten gut geschützt.

Miradore bietet noch viel mehr Möglichkeiten, die wir hier alle gar nicht aufzählen können. :)

Und wenn man mal Probleme hat, hilft der Support auch recht schnell und einfach weiter.

In unserem aktuellen Problem hat uns Herr Handler von Midardore schnell und völlig unbürokratisch geholfen.

Herr Handler hat unser Problem schnell erkannt und stand uns mit einigen Tipps und Tricks zu Seite... und zwar solange bis wieder alles funktionierte wie es sollte.

Da soll sich so manche Firma mal eine dicke Scheibe abschneiden.

Bei Miradore fühlen wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben.

Die Verwaltung der Richtlinien sind manchmal etwas "unübersichtlich".

Wenn man hier einen Fehler macht, kann es sehr schnell passieren, dass man sich selber von den Geräten "aussperrt".

Leider ist das System und die Anleitungen alle auf Englisch. Gute Englischkenntnisse sind also eine Vorraussetzung.

Für uns war es immer ein Problem gewesen, dass die Außendienstmitarbeiter auf die Endgeräte jede Menge Apps installiert haben, die von uns eigentlich nicht erwünscht sind.

Auch kam es immer wieder vor, dass Geräte irgendwo "verloren geganen sind"... Sie waren einfach nicht mehr auffindbar gewesen.

Desweiteren haben die Mitarbeiter die Geräte nicht immer auf den aktuellsten Stand gehalten. Wir mussten die Geräte immer in die Zentrale zurückbeordern um die aktuellsten Updates und Patches installieren zu können.

Mit Miradore gehört das nun der Vergangenheit an. Und sollte man mal ein Gerät abgeben, lässt sich die App ganz einfach wieder vom System entfernen ... Auch aus der Ferne ...

We chose Miradore for its ability to help us with out healthcare rollout. Time was critical and Miradore was the best solution. I have used many MDM's over the years but Miradore is the best I have used.

None that I have discovered, everything is going well.

We need to rollout devices to our clinicians in a short space of time. We also need to be able to roll out new apps and updates once deployed, and Miradore has given us the ability to do this.

As a small business that uses Apple products exclusivly I needed a simple MDM and tried a few. Miradore seemed the easiest to use and navigate around. It is a great way of managing and tracking our gear.

I think the system's information that you need to manually add to all the systems that you register under Miradore.

So far I did not have any issues using the product.

I love the simplicity of this MDM and how intuitive it is without needing to be technical at all.

I do not dislike anything about Miradore per say, but do wish some functionalities were already available in the solution

Our department is able to manage and control a large number of devices across our stores. Being able to deploy new and used devices using Miradore and ABM helps ups manage what employees do on company owned devices

i like how flexable it is and that it fits most system designs

its super easy to use and impliment.

there are feautes i would like for example a direct shell interface rather than just running scripts

we needed a MDM for config and patch managment across windows mac and mobiles

I can keep track with all the latest patches, and provide link to the patches available.

It would be nice to include all the inventory features like detail of hardware info
