- I love the timer on it! You can easily start the timer to begin a task and if you need to pause at any point, you can just pause and resume when ready! A great feature of it is if you click out of the timer, it's still running so you didn't lose any data!

This a very easy time tracker for large or small businesses! I highly recommend using it if you aren't sure ! One of the options to always consider with this is to make sure you're timing yourself for easy payroll time!
You can't edit after the day is done. I think it would be nice to go through it after so you can edit anything that you may need to.
The top and bottom sections seem to be very similar so it could be confusing if you're not tech - savy or aren't familiar with tracking your time anywhere.
If you mark something as billable, you have to remember to uncheck it for the next entry -- I've made that mistake many of times where I marked something billable because I didn't unmark it after the previous task!

Minute7 is simple and easy to use. The interfaces are pretty much self explanatory. Minute 7 seems to provide excellent support. The online webpage and phone app make it very simple to add time and other details. The timer is excellent as well as it makes it easy to accurately record my time. The newest online version makes it even easier to add, correct and edit time and other details for my work week.
Minute7 has a lot of flexibility as well, so it's not very rigid as to how time is input.
The drop downs and interfaces make it extremely easy to manage, calculate and get an excellent overview of how time is spent each week. Minute7 also allows us to continually track time on each project. This allows us to ensure we're staying within the budget of each project.

Minute7 is a web-based tool that is easy to roll out to new users. The new interface has shown improvements that make it easier to enter time on a daily and weekly basis. The product syncs with QuickBooks for easy transfer of time to jobs. All in all the product is very economical to use when considering other similar products or writing and maintaining a home-grown solution.
The calendar on the new interface can be confusing at times showing too much of a timespan by default. Likewise, you must pay attention when duplicating an entry, or you may end up recording time for an incorrect date. But, that's really a training issue and not the fault of the software.
We use the product to track time against clients, jobs, and tasks. It has been much easier to track time against job and task in Minute7 vs other solutions both commercial and home-grown.

I love the organization that comes with Minute7. It's easy to track how much time is spent on each task and look back weeks later to see how much time/when that task was completed.

The "Quick Add" and filtering Customers and Service can be a little confusing and repetitive. Perhaps adding titles of what each one is, it could be easier to understand.
They've really updated it from the older version but it can be frustrating that it sometimes sends you to the old site with a timer set to redirect you to the new version.
I wish the times were set to actual times (ex: If I say I worked on something for 15 minutes, it shows up in Minute7 as .25) This can be a little confusing and hard to keep track of. The only way you know is if the hour ends up being exact - especially if you're using it for work that you need to work on different clients for.
The newest update has been awesome and really was an improvement to the older version! I would highly recommend keeping up with updates to ensure a great product!
