Easy to use and implement system. Quite nice interface with good functionality. Support is very helpful. We use it everyday for supporting our customers.

Best system for complaint management in logistics and food market
What do you like best about Mint Service Desk?
We use MintSD daily as the platform for complaint management and tracking deliveries. I like its flexibility and user-friendly interface. We have a very close contact to MintSD team and they quickly react to any changes we want to adopt in our processes.
What do you dislike about Mint Service Desk?
For our purpose, there's nothing to dislike. I would say - some configuration options could be more straight forward, but once you adopt the knowledge of how to change certain things, it actually starts having sense :)
What problems is Mint Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MintSD as the primary tool to track records of our deliveries to our customers, and in addition, we use it as a complaint management platform so we can assign each case to a different agent.

Easy to use, friendly, fast and complete.
What do you like best about Mint Service Desk?
Easy to learn and use for beginners and complete for advanced users. Very good and logical for administrators. Fast. Nice and convenient interface.
What do you dislike about Mint Service Desk?
Admins have to study hard to learn all configuration options. (That means the mint is powerful.) Once you learn it, you can do whatever you need.
What problems is Mint Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?
We support our customers, end users of our products. We create an internal knowledge base for our employees that helps them support. Quick access to the historical tickets for the customer.

As simple as possible, great for freshmen.
What do you like best about Mint Service Desk?
The overall simplicity of everyday use. Compared to other similar systems I used, for me, MINT was the least stressful and demanding.
What do you dislike about Mint Service Desk?
Text editor used in chat between Agent and Client.
Recommendations to others considering Mint Service Desk?
Give it a try if you're looking for advanced, but on the other side simple. Speak with the team (Jesus :) ), and they will not only answer all of your questions but tell you how MINT can help/your organization through pure examples and scenarios.
What problems is Mint Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used MINT mostly for communication with Clients, both as support and as a salesman. It saved me o lot of time (solving technical matters) compared to the phone communication way.

Mint's Service Desk, has allowed my organization to easily and quickly respond to user's requests and issues, has improved communication through the organization and allowed for a better issue tracking.nse

so far nothing, the functionality has helped us to keep good track of pretty much any departamental need.

A quite new but great contender for service desk and more
What do you like best about Mint Service Desk?
The ease of installation, the ability to customize to almost whatever need, the agent chat (this is unique, as far as I know), the quality of product support.
What do you dislike about Mint Service Desk?
I did not encounter any issue. The setup is somewhat complicated, but the support is great.
Recommendations to others considering Mint Service Desk?
As a former user of OTRS-based service desks, I recommend this solution as a neat alternative. Most features of OTRS are available, and Mint SD specificities are just great.
What problems is Mint Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for the operations of a small publishing organization (Edicions Talvera). I am following pre and post publications activities, including dissemination of the new releases. I never miss anymore a press release, nor a social network communication.
