The most helpful part about Ministry Scheduler is the ability to see my assigned positions, along with open positions.

I don't have a dislike, as the app is so helpful!

If something unexpected arises, I can easily request a substitute. I can also see when my position is filled.

I recently recomended this ministry scheduling software to my local church's reverend, and I must say, it has made our life so much easier! It's user-friendly and intuitive, which is a huge plus for people like me who aren't very tech-savvy. The scheduling features are fantastic, allowing me to effortlessly manage and coordinate volunteers for various ministry activities. The software also offers convenient communication tools, enabling me to easily send notifications and reminders to the team. Overall, I'm really impressed with this software and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of an efficient and hassle-free solution for ministry scheduling.

While it has many good features, I can't help but feel a bit disappointed by the software lack of a voice note option, and that's a bummer. Sometimes, typing out instructions or messages can be time-consuming and tedious, especially when on the go. A voice note feature would have been incredibly useful, allowing me to quickly communicate with others by recording and sending messages. It's a missed opportunity, and I hope they consider adding this feature in future updates to make the software even more convenient and user-friendly.

The logistical and overall management of the volunteers that assist in the ministry service, Making the overall process more streamlined and easy. So far things improving significantly.

What I like best about MSP is the ability for all volunteer schedules to be available in real time, online, and accessible by all volunteers through web and mobile device.

The biggest dislike I have about MSP is it's not always the most user friendly, especially in the login set up stage.

MSP allows me to focus on making sure all preferences for each volunteer is addressed, while also giving me the time to work on other non-related MSP responsibilities.

Auto-generates schedules, allows volunteers to swap days on their own, automatically generates emails to remind the volunteers when they are scheduled.

Volunteers often have issues logging into web interface.

Easy for volunteers to swap times without involving church office.
