MineralTree Invoice-to-Pay Reviews

Implementing Mineral Tree with Netsuite was a breeze. Our project manager was able to answer any questions we had, continuously communicated with us, and made the whole process easy. This software is a dream and has made invoice capture and entry easy and efficient. We save so much time by not having to manually enter data. Audit will be easy because our invoices are attached to the bill in our ERP system eliminating the need to dig through paperwork. We also save a lot of time not having to manually file invoices. We capture more line level data which assists in expense reviews and budgeting. Invoice approvals are easy and efficient through Mineral Tree. We also get a rebate by taking advantage of paying vendors with Silverpay. If you are looking to automate your AP processes, Mineral Tree is what you want!!

I wouldn't really say I dislike anything about Mineral Tree but I do see some areas for opportunity. I beleive Allocation Templates have the potential to do more by allowing default coding but not being constrained by values. I also wish there was a split feature that would split an expense line for you and eliminate having to manually split.

Mineral Tree eliminates time consuming data entry and manual filing. Pulling documentation is easier than ever because documents are attached to the invoice. Mineral Tree saves you time with it's A+ automation and saves you money by not having to hire more staff to get manual processes done.

I have using this application since few weeks now. It is easy to use and navigate and very easy to train new people on it

Mineral Tree has taken us from a business that manually entered all invoice to a business that is more automated. We spend less time entering and correcting mistakes and more time reviewing our accounts and focusing on our business.

Set-up initially takes time, as does any new program. Their help support is quick to respond and fix any issue or provide addtiional links on how to handle processes.

Mineral Tree is a great way to record invoices and automate AP. The integration with Quick Books is easy and efficient. Our company likes it because we send ACH payments with Mineral Tree.

The only thing I dislike about mineral tree is the integration our company has with NAV Dynamics. It isn't as efficient as Quickbooks integration. I'm

It does not recgonize a PDF with more than one invoice in it.

I would say the online approval of invoices (so easy for everyone) and skipping the data entry are the two best things for us. I only wish we had implemented it sooner! It has saved our payables processor so much time. I can't forget that we never have to file another piece of paper or stuff another envelope with a payment. All invoices are scanned in and retained for users to view, should they need to. Simply the best!

If I have to think of something, I would say if we could set up defaults for more than one expense on a vendor, but it's a small one.

We used to send emails to get approval on invoices. Now we can forward the image, and the history is captured in the audit trail. It leaves plenty of time for our payables processor to manage more and spend less time on data entry.
