There is absolutely nothing that I could dislike about Mindstamp because it has been very useful and correct in the creation of the videos.

However, what has stood out the most has been the excellent customer service we've received. To start, Mindstamp was willing to customize a subscription that met our needs. Then, they made themselves available to support us while we were getting started and helped us see how Mindstamp could meet the needs of our project, even as those needs were evolving. They were receptive to our feedback when we noticed a couple of features that did not work as we would have expected, and what really blew us away was that they implmemented a fix before our project went live. Outstanding.

Another thing I liked is the ability of this tool to integrate with third-party software to complement its functionalities, it's great.

It is a customizable product in many areas, however not so much as far as a video player is concerned, however it is no big deal. The software is good and there is nothing I don't like about it.

Mindstamp is a game-changer for the Training world. I'm able to produce more engaging training modules by baking in interactions (knowledge checks, questions, and general interaction with the content) with Mindstamp. No other platform has allowed me to do this.
