Being able to invite trainees and track their progress makes for easy intergration.The many features Learn offers is great. Sending reminders and follow ups couldn't be easier. Implementation is easy with with the exhallent customer service provided. We use it every day to grow our teams.
The only thing that would be better is if we could upload larger files.
The biggest problem Learn is helping with is giving accsess to procedures that will help create a better culture for our company.

When I starte using it, I appreciated how easy it is to use and that there is a lot of features that you can get benefit for, for example going back to your courses and also the Academy was really important and it was so understandable. I also really like how it works with Hire and Perform, since there is major compatibility there.
I would say I haven't seen a lot of areas of opportunity just yet, there's always new things to implement.
It is assuring all their users have such a great and positive experience every time they use it and to always leave feedback if something is still missing.
You can do it at your own pace and ease of implementation of the courses
Wish there was a eaier way of tracking annual courses
It gets our topics out to a wide group to do on there own instead of having to set up a face to face training
Trakstar Learn has formats that allow use of third-party trainings as well as the ability to keep track if internal trainings and create online trainings for my employees to utliize. This flexibility is invaluable.
We have been promised the bridge between Hire and Perform for over a year and the inability to flip from one to the other is somewhat frustrating and confusing, especially for my managers.
The ability to communicate trainings to our employees across multiple schedules, locations, and abilities.
I love how the mentors can see their mentee's progress through the mentor program.

I like that you can track what has been completed, what is in progress, and areas that staff may need more support based off their score when completing the trainings we created and sent out. Also, leaves a lot of room for us to improve the material based off of what is being scored.
There is nothing that I do not like about Trakstar at this time.
It is solving time management because staff are able to complete these courses on their own so that we only need to complete a follow up afterwards to go over areas that they may need more assistance in. Overall, it takes away management having to train for an entire day for each new employee.
What are the best aspects of this product?
Mindflash is absolutely essential for globalized training, I know that now. It does everything, and pleases everybody, but what pleases me the most is being able to reach international customers and partners, which wouldn't be possible without a program like this. Another group of faithful fans are our trainees, they are always looking for ways to improve our online presence.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I understand security concerns, but I still think that the password-changing procedure is more complicated than it should be. There are few heavy steps and many hidden hazards, and this puts trainees in a really invidious situation. If possible, I'd like to see this changed.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As I already mentioned, the best thing about Mindflash is that it allows you to train customers you wouldn't even have otherwise. This is of utmost importance for a company's development, profit, and international reputation.

What are the best aspects of this product?
My favorite features are the following: Cute and intuitie interface, easy navigation, and responsible support dealing kindly even with the dumbest questions my and my colleagues asked. The system's developers are worth of every respect because they empowered us to deal with complex tasks easily, to make business more productive, and to rely on quick turnarounds that make customers really happy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing so far. I'm using the program for few years already, and there've obviously been bugs, delayes, or improvement ideas, but nothing I'd sacrifice Mindflash for. There is nothing to worry because the support team considers requests, and they do their best to make your ideas come true.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are saving money and time. I, personally, developed almost 200 courses for my online clients, and I motivated them to continue learning. It's much easier than before, when you needed to appoint special trainers to travel around the world and make presentations. Corporate training is served on a plate nowadays, but some still manage to serve it better. Now that I'm thinking of it, we've also improved online presentations big time! I don't even upload ones any more, I just log in, and use the platform to edit them with narrations, comments, quizzes, or whatever else I think would help my students. By wrapping all of this nicely, you get a product that builds quality business relationships, and makes the old ones even more solid,
