As a gym owner and fitness service provider...The platform is outstanding, reliable and professional.Only surpassed by the incredible level of customer service provided by the support teams on the phone.This is old school high quality, nothing is too much trouble customer service, the type of which I thought had long gone.

Had/have an unfortunate case with the bank MindBody uses for credit card processing attempting to tell us what services we can/can't do. The only remedy was to stop using them and get a third party processor but this proved to be disruptive as it's not integrated. (hopefully MindBody will change banks or allow options) Aside from that, one of the frustrations in reporting led to a phone call to support. I spoke with Christina (customer service rep) who explained how the system works and what we were trying to do. She was very patient and while we both couldn't figure it out on our own, together we found the issue and solved it. She stayed on the phone, understood the frustration but didn't lose her cool for a second. She is truly an asset to MindBody and the epitome of excellent customer service.

We use the Mindbody branded app for our Health club, and we find it is an excellent product and our members find navigating and booking through the Mindbody app to be easy! Carmelina who supports us from Mindbody is fantastic, so helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend Mindbody as a product for Health clubs and their members!

I couldn't fault the service provision, support and customer service I have received from MindBody since I opened my Yoga Studio 2.5 years ago. After much deliberation I opted to go with Mindbody when I opened my business and I haven't looked back. It's very reasssuring knowing they are there at the end of the phone whenever and if ever I need help and technical support. The support team are always very friendly and helpful, and since I have been assigned an Account Manager I have been able to have the right technical support to help steer my business in the right direction. My clients all comment on how easy the app is to use, and how impressed they are with the booking system. When I had to take my classes online due to lockdown, I was worried how this would impact my workload with sending the live-stream links out to class attendees, but Mindbody took the hard work out of it by automating these emails themselves. I am both pleased and relieved to say the online classes themselves work perfectly and seamlessly! I feel I am in very good hands with MindBody and would definitely recommend them to future studio ownders.

I have been using the platform for 10 years and it is the best out there for Health, Leisure & Fitness businesses by a long shot.Love the integrations they have added over the years: Branded App, Marketing suite, Livestream and VOD platforms-all game changers. Now the new “virtual receptionist” Messengerai looks really exciting also, just what’s needed in these times when we are limiting the amount of people in a studio/gym setting.Paul

We signed up for MINDBODY when we opened our first location 4 years ago and it has been a great investment.The CRM system is second to known. We are able to book in clients and have all our reports on the one platform.We also have the branded app that makes it a breeze through for clients to get themselves booked in.

A powerful and robust software that allows you to manage a complex fitness business. The immense reporting suite from which to pull data about your business far exceeds any other software out there.

I have been using the software since 2012. It saves so much time in managing the business. Support is Awesome. The continuing education that is available thru Mindbody University is a game changer. The MB One Online business community is a wealth of knowledge from other business owners. The best thing you can do is learn how to use the software for more than just scheduling and payments. Learn how to have it help you grow and manage your business.

Mindbody has revolutionised how I take my business out of Covid and I am so excited to get going with all the new and exciting options available from my Branded App to assistance with Bowtie.
