What do you like best about MindBehind?

Özellikle bizimle iletişimi sürdüren İrem hanımın desteğinden çok memnunuz fakat uygulama içerisinde eksiklerin olduğunu eklemek isterim

What do you dislike about MindBehind?

Konuşma forward kısımlarında bazen hataların olması, mobil uygulamanın verimli çalışmaması, konuşmanın ilgili kişiden bir anda alınıp başka kişeye sistem üzerinden forward edilmesi.

Sorunlarımı geliştirme ekibine iletilmesi kısmında bir problem yok fakat sorunlar çok sık olmasada çözüldükten sonrada devam ettiği oluyor.

la visualizacion de los flujos es facil e intuitiva y facil de interpretar , lo sencillo que es vincular diferentes bot en diferentes idiomas.

algunas limitaciones que tiene , como por ejemplo el poder tener la oportunidad de enviar las tarjeta que nos reportan los cliente a Whatsapp directamente solventando incidencias de forma mas rapida y eficiente.

el Bot que tenemos nos ayuda como primera linea de atencion al cliente y en ciertos casos es mas rapida su ayuda que la que le pueda dar una persona, nos beneficia que hemos conseguido que los clientes en su primera interactuacion con siempre se sienta atendido.

I strongly recommend other companies to work with Mindbehind especially in the field of business messaging as they are experts in it. Their hard work, experience, appropriate insights and diligent attitudes became a strong contribution to our project. They are quick to handle problems and they always display customer-centric attitudes.

What do you dislike about MindBehind?

Nothing worth saying. Throughout the process, they have always been a good partner. What I can only is that they need to increase their human capacity to achieve more.

What problems is MindBehind solving and how is that benefiting you?

Business messaging/chatbot is a complicated and 7/24 living operation so it is likely that you will encounter instant problems or different customer inquiries when you execute such an operation. What do you like best about MindBehind?

The platform is very user-friendly, agent settings can be easily done and it covers pretty much all of the basic needs for a live chat. We were able to immediately start using it with a simple code snippet insertion.

What do you dislike about MindBehind?

There are some areas for improvement for the Mindbehind platform, we have several development requirements for a better use for our agents. As a customer we could benefit from a clear product map and development schedule, because it is sometimes hard to catch up with their release schedule and the status of our requirements.

What problems is MindBehind solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using another live chat tool where we could not get any chat reports or any daily chat statistics. Mindbehind allows us to be more involved and easily follow up with our chat quality and client needs, now we are more responsive to our clients.
