algunas limitaciones que tiene , como por ejemplo el poder tener la oportunidad de enviar las tarjeta que nos reportan los cliente a Whatsapp directamente solventando incidencias de forma mas rapida y eficiente.
el Bot que tenemos nos ayuda como primera linea de atencion al cliente y en ciertos casos es mas rapida su ayuda que la que le pueda dar una persona, nos beneficia que hemos conseguido que los clientes en su primera interactuacion con siempre se sienta atendido.

The platform is very user-friendly, agent settings can be easily done and it covers pretty much all of the basic needs for a live chat. We were able to immediately start using it with a simple code snippet insertion.
There are some areas for improvement for the Mindbehind platform, we have several development requirements for a better use for our agents. As a customer we could benefit from a clear product map and development schedule, because it is sometimes hard to catch up with their release schedule and the status of our requirements.
We were using another live chat tool where we could not get any chat reports or any daily chat statistics. Mindbehind allows us to be more involved and easily follow up with our chat quality and client needs, now we are more responsive to our clients.
