This tool provides great features for tracking time and creating tickets for the employees in a company. Our load is decreased with this as we can easily track the timings of employees with login and logoff details. Also employees can raise tickets with this which can be tracked too for resolution

As far we liked it very much. Our work load got decreased with this. One thing which i can say is loading time, sometimes it takes a lot of time to load. Other than that everything it provides for a user is great

I can see all the attendance, apply for leave, check how much overtime I have worked, and get notified whenever there is a change in company policies. Overall all the requirements are fulfilled just on computer no need to visit HR.

The services provided by MIhi is great. However they need to work on interface, personally I believe it is a bit complicated.
