MR also helps recruiters in making their job postings more interesting and unique while ensuring that candidates understand what is expected from them. The jobs can even be posted on the social networks for maximum coverage.

Software’s intelligent analysis system matches candidates with the job descriptions and ranks them by their relevance, freeing recruiters from reading hundreds of resumes. MightyRecruiter is a compact recruiting software. It has all the functionality that a company need to posting a job. Creating and managing my job is very easy. It has a chrome extension which is very helpful to use. I really really love this feature. I can easily manage my candidates for interview or rejection. I can also called them for interview with perfect timing by the INTERVIEWS menu. MightyRecruiter also provide free training trial which is very helpful for a beginner. Also this software is value for money. It takes many steps to posting a job, and you need to wait 24 hours to go live your job! Which is time killing. Need to decreases the time limit. I"m recruiter who sources candidates from multiple job boards, The day I started to use mighty recruiter it helped me a lot, I just post the Job and it gets a lot of application so that i can choose the best out of them.

You can post your jobs to 29 job boards for free!. I can manage my candidates and rank them. Have comunication with them and have my own company career site.
