Having my phone/extension with me at all times, and not having to use my personal number to call clients is the main reason I moved to this system. The added ability to use text messaging (including pictures) with the recent changes has been great. The workflow setup and user setup is easy to use and modify. Option of both a cell phone app and a web portal, gives more usability and is great for in office only employees.
The text messaging is still a little clunky. While at my desk I prefer to use the web portal, but the refresh on it is manual, it now gives you a pop-up for text messages, but you still have to click to refresh. It is just annoying to click on the "Show" button while you are texting back and forth. While using it on my cell phone, I alwasy have to manually refresh to see new text messages. It does beep and indicate there is a new message, it just does not auto refresh the app to show them. For me this text refresh issue is not a big deal, as texting is less than 20% of our usage.
Business portability without exposing personal phone numbers. Being able to have customers reach me and me reach them while in the field is a must, and MightCall allows me to do this without handing out our personal cell phone numbers. It has also replaced the digital phone system that I had before, and allows me to customize voicemail and calling hours. Allowing so much flexabilty on the answering system setup and giving the customers an option to ring through after hours for emergencies. And give us instant access to Voicemail from anywhere.

The fact that I have multiple lines and agents. I can set up the call flow to how our business operates and use text messaging when needed. The system was easy to set up and easy to use.
I do not really have any dislikes about the system. I'm not too fond of that if the phone system transfers to a landline it does not seem to record the call, which is not beneficial.
It has solved missing calls from a landline because all lines are in use. Now we can see who has called and contact them right away. Also solved texting issues.
I bought it for the call recording feature but was impressed with other factors as well. The best thing I like about MightyCall is that I can expand my business without adding additional user costs. I went from 1 to 7 people and was able to keep the cost consistent by providing them with line extension that went to their mobiles. This was especially helpful during summer internships when we added 4 more users for 3 months. At one point I needed an answering service to answer my calls and the setup to add them worked well with the system. Also the service was quality--I've used VOIP services in the paste that have spotty connections and robotic tone when it cuts out that lets you know you're on a VOIP call. I've never experienced that with MightyCall.
I don't like that the rates went up. Now that I'm a single user model again it isn't worth the cost. In addition although all of the users have different extenstions, SMS messages sent will go to everyone with an extension without differentiation or setup features. Also, the chat representatives though very professional and helpful probably have too many clients at the same time because you could be left "waiting while they look into it" for more than 5 minutes and all of the responses are not instantaneous which is what you expect in a chat.
It's a great work-life balance solution. Being able to customize my businesses call times so that my phone doesn't ring during off hours is a big win. Improves customer-facing professionalism of the company with extensions and directories to "customer service", "billing", and "the next available agent" although all three may be handled by the same person.
I have been with MightyCall since 2018 and I am always pleased with the reliability and service they provide. MightyCall consistently exceeds my expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MightyCall.
Blocking texts from scammed is not available. This would be extremely helpful.

After using the MightyCall our agent's accountability has been increases as we can monitor live calls and provides call center report to them.
